Today I tried to buy frontline for my pets. jornada would not sell me the product with out all 3 of my pets having office visits (exams.) I was shocked, I explained I am new to the area and would even schedual an appt. for my Kitty. (Shes ready to be spayed.) Still they would not sell me the product with out the office visit. All of my pets are up to date. The office manager also told me that it would be unethical to sell the frontline to me. I have a thought to share about her statement. I believe that it is far more unethical to deny an animal with parasites medicine until the vet can collect on a office visit fee. later Today i was able to buy the same product from East Lohman Vet Clinic. They were friendly and had the product at the door when I walked in. Furthermore the frontline was about $10.00 less expensive at Lohman. I would skip Jornada, they seem like the type of business to up your bill with un-needed tests and visits. In otherwords MONEY HUNGRAY!!!

My aunt and I were in there last week and let me tell you, we had such a great experience. I had gone in to take my cousins dog because she couldnt give birth. The dog needed a emergency csection. They did everything that was in the dogs and our best interest. The dog was saved along with her two puppies. The dog had lost alot of its fluid so the puppies were in danger. There were complications but everyone once in a while would tell us the status of how it was going and how they were all doing. The staff was very attentive and really cared about our concerns and the dogs!!! The price was very reasonable they worked with us which says alot about a place!! Dr Nancy was awesome!! Thank you all for the wonderful support, service, attentiveness and honesty, it does not go unrecognized. Keep up the great work!! Definitely a place to go to take your loving pets!! Why???.....because they really do care!!!

I took my dog to Jornada as a walk in today. I was very impressed with all the staff. Everyone was very friendly and competent. The Vet was very informative and gave me all the information along with my options. I felt that they had my dogs well being in mind. I was never pressured to spend extra on anything, in fact I was given options and advice to help me save money. As more and more veterinary clinics seem to be moving to the upselling system, it was refreshing to have such an excellent experience. I would highly recommend Jornada to anyone seeking a vet in the Las Cruces area, they have earned my business for as long as I live here.

Dr. Miale is top notch. The office staff as well. My husband and I just moved here, we have two Boxers. One started exhibiting respiratory problems yesterday evening. We called Jornada (out of the top search results, it had great reviews & was the only one open). Jessie answered and said they will work us in. We go in at 530pm, with both dogs, we register them as new patients, and because they need their yearly vaccines by the end of the month, they worked both dogs in! Dr. Miale was with us for 2 hours -30min after the office closed. Amazing staff, incredible knowledge, and a 10% military discount!

Our dog got attacked by a coyote and was very traumatized and had a lot of lacerations. Dr. Soules and her staff were very gentle and delicate with her and truly helped us through this terrible ordeal. Dr. Soules was Great with her and went above and beyond to clearly explain her injuries and how they needed to treat her. She is getting better every day. Our Family cannot Thank Them enough for ALL their Compassion and Excellent care during this tough time.

I am proud to be a client of a veterinary practice that has ethics; this lets me know they will be honest with me when I bring my pet in, and I know I am getting the best medication/treatment that is needed for my pet. What if my pet was not healthy enough for a medication? My doctors at Jornada would examine my pet from head to toe and make the best recommendation. Who could disagree with moral and ethical standards of that?

Very pleased. Went in after puppy hurt her paw on an emergency visit. Vet saw us very quickly, saved us as much money as possible, but gave awesome care! Best part is if the issue didnt resolve the check up was gonna be free. Even though the Clinic is much farther than our original vet we like this one more! Very friendly staff!

We were visiting Las Cruces and needed a Vet to examine our dog. We were leaving the next day and Jornada Clinic worked us in. The experience was outstanding. They examined our dog and spent allot of time discussing our options. We could not have expected a better visit and diagnosis. What a great clinic.

I have two difficult dogs, one aggressive and one very afraid of everything, and everyone at Jornada is absolutely fantastic how they treat me and my dogs. They are extremely understanding and do their best to accommodate the needs of your pets. This is a phenomenal office with a perfect staff.

Took my dog in to get some stitches removed since we were traveling and away from our usual vet. My dog is aggressive with strangers and can be hard to work with but the staff here did very well with him. Theyre body language and demeanor was great and they were very understanding.

When my older dog had a life ending seizure due to genetic problems they took us in when we just showed up and didnt hesitate to help. They couldnt save him, unfortunately, but they are always there to help. I will always go to Jornada even if prices are a bit more than some.
