Im rating the Bozeman MT Banfield Pet Hospital 5 stars for several reasons. We were visiting from out of town when our dog became very ill. It was a Saturday afternoon and Dr. Moreaux and her staff welcomed us in and immediately took excellent care of him. They had a full schedule and yet made room in their schedule to see him, took full samples and cultures and diagnosed the problems he was having within 1/2 hour. I was very impressed. They provided compassionate, professional care and are well deserving of the 5 star rating. Our dog began to get better within the day. Oh, did I mention that they called us the next day to see if our dog was doing better and to see if we needed anything? Finally, the cost was very reasonable and included all the lab tests and medications. Im very impressed with the quality of care, the service they gave and the compassion and support they provided. They actively listened as I described the problem and went out of their way to help. Thank you!

We love Banfield! When we lived in Utah we went to one there and now we moved to Bozeman and love this location. We love the techs, especially Mlissa!! Dr. Fleming and Dr. Pogge have been a great help with my dogs chronic epilepsy and have gone the extra mile to make sure shes getting the best treatment. I also love that they call the next day after appointments to see how we are doing. Great team here. Happy I have a group of people we can count on.

These guys are a JOKE! I signed up for the puppy wellness plan and about 3/4 of the way through my pup got sick and I took him to the vet. They totally disagreed with what I was feeding him so I was opting to switch vets. They didnt agree with that either. They were still charging me for the puppy plan and will not cancel it. DO NOT go to them. I do not trust their professional opinion.

Only two of the veterinarians i actually trust, dr. Flemming and Dr. Reece. They make me feel safe leaving my cats with them and are always very nice. And they treat my cats as if they were their own. I would recommend the wellness plan if you make them your regular vet. It will save you a lot of money.

Our 3 English Setters: Bridger, Willy, and Huck have been clients for many years. They love their visits, and the vets and techs have always taken excellent care of our dogs. We like the Wellness Plan because it totally pays for dental care. Thanks Michelle, Katie, Heather, and Kerrie!
