Originally called on a Saturday to make an appointment to get my puppy that I just rescued checked out and x-rayed and was told that they couldnt be done until Monday so when I showed up on Monday they sat me in a room and had some young girl that I dont even think I had any type of pet licensing whatsoever come in poke at the dog and 15 minutes later came back with an estimate on x-rays that I would have to come back for another time because they said my appointment was not made to do X-rays when thats the reason I called originally so when I confronted the girl that I made the appointment with on the phone on Saturday she lied and said that I didnt want x-rays because of the price which I said nothing like that at all... infact thats why I went to that clinic because it was one of the cheapest ones for x-rays but when I got the estimate they were actually going to end up being more because of some random charged for some type of certain specialist to look at the x-rays which was not even available that day because there was no actual licensed vet at the clinic. Which I think is awful for there to not actually be a real vet at a vet clinic when thats what I was going for and thats what I was paying for. I was being treated by a bunch of rookies and "techs" . Overall none of the staff was friendly whatsoever and show no compassion or care toward any of the animals that I saw and especially not mine and I feel like they should not be in Animal Care.

There are some little things that could use improvement. There are many things that are great! The first is communication between the vet techs and doctors. If I have a question or request it is not always relayed to the doctors. There have been times where the staff spoke in a less than desirable tone for no reason at all. I paid for x-rays and never physically saw them, when I questioned that I was told "I dont have access to them." Then I was told the doctor was busy and would not be able to show them to me. Not seeing them; thats new for me. Sometimes I question things and the answer is left at "I dont know with no effort to find out the answer." On the positive side, they allow you to pre-pay for procedures. If they have seen the pet for an issue, another visit is not always required if they can do something over the phone. All other places want to see the pet every time for the same issue. The other is that I can email the doctor directly which is nice as well. I do believe that they have my pocketbook in mind and they want to find out what the issue is rather than prescribing medications that they know wont work resulting in more visits. I will continue to take my animals here because of this simple reason. Because of this office I no longer avoid the vet as I have in the past.

I have a 9 month old Bull Heeler, her name is Daisy, and about a week ago she had an accident and fractured her left hip. I took her to another local vet in Thornton, and they were asking for about $3,000 to preform the procedure my pup needed. Needless to say my family and I were a wreck, She hurt herself on a Wednesday night, and I was not able to get her to GAVC until Monday, Today Tuesday I brought Daisy into have her procedure, and on top of this, she was chipped and spayed for about a 1/5th the cost of the other Vet. Just as with the whole process this surgery went very well, and my puppy is on her way to me taking a full recovery. I also would like to add that I really appreciate the candidness of Dr. Tinetti, she presented me with options for my dog, which saved me about an extra $75, when she could have just as easily charged me for the stuff. For that, and taking such great and fast care our little pooch, I am forever grateful to you and your staff. Donna at the front desk was equally amazing calling me back within minutes to tell me the next steps and making sure everything went smoothly, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you folks!

Guardian Angel saved us. Our cat needed surgery, which another vet priced at $5,000. We did not have $5,000 so it was either rob a bank or put our cat down. Guardian Angel did it for $600 and saved our cats life. I literally cried knowing that my cat could live. My cat recovered very quickly and Guardian Angel provided amazing support (I may have called them 5 times in 3 days...every time they were SO sweet). Every time I called about Marshmallows health post surgery, the receptionist remembered who she was and remarked on how sweet and loveable my pet was! I not only felt supported by their staff, I felt that my pet was truly adored. I took all of my cats to them for their yearly checkup and they remembered my cat Marshmallow from her surgery 5 months prior! I would never go to another vet in Colorado. Guardian Angel was truly my guardian angel. They not only saved Marshmallows life, they have been a fantastic, supportive vet ever since. I would recommend them to anyone who adores their pet.

I just LOVE this vet!! They dont over charge you like others and you get the same amazing service. I got my puppy fixed as well as all of her puppy shots and the meds she needed after getting spayed and only paid 106$. My other pup had a wound on his neck that appeared over night and they medicated and treated him for like 60$ or so I think. Everywhere else quoted me over 250$. They give you a break down of everything youre getting BEFORE the appt with the price of everything so you know beforehand, rather than treating your baby for things you may have not asked for and the. Charging you afterwards. And the receptionist lady is just SO sweet! Will always come back here.

I tried calling to make a appt. Their recording told me to make a appt. Online. I attempted to, then they never emailed me like the website said they would. So I tried calling again I was placed on hold. No biggie, then after awhile someone picked up said it will be a minute. She didnt place the call back on hold and continued to talk to whoever while i listened to the conversation. ...needless to say I went somewhere else. .. I found a awesome vet who had the time to actually talk me. ...customer service is a big part of the practice!

These guys are amazing. My dog was bleeding excessively and we took her to a emergency pet hospital. Come to find out she needed an emergency surgery and they were charging us 3500-5000 to do. We couldnt afford that and had to take her home. The next day I made an appt with Guardian and they performed the surgery immediately that day at a FRACTION of what the thieves at the emergency hospital wanted to charge us. I totally recommend these guys for their hard work and fair prices.

I cant explain how compassionate and caring everyone in this office was, for Christina to be able to take my cat in when he needed surgery on a Saturday even though she was booked up was amazing it saved me so much stress and concern for my pet. After surgery she has kept in touch with me and gave me her personal email for any questions or concerns that I have, overall my experience was amazing, thank you to the whole staff!
