The staff is nice but that is all part of the show. They are really just out to drain you for as much money as you have got. These are the type of people that give small animal vets a bad name. Their prices where unethically high and in the end they did nothing for our pet. We came in and our pet definitely was having bladder problems. Walked out the door with a $500 bill and the vet saying out pet has bladder problems. The drugs they put her on made her groggy, which was a normal symptom. My girlfriend was worried though so she called in and they got her so worked up that she ran our pet in for another visut where they said she had a tummy ache and that was another $400. The day after the drugs where out of our pets system she was happy and healthy. There was no need to run her in a second time. This vet didnt do anything except find a way to charge us more. If you want to feel like you have been robbed and taken advantage of just go to these people.

Brought my kitty here thinking he might have worms because of a huge stomach and the vet said that was probably it. He said "it could be worms, this or this" and listed a few other things and then said and I quote "or it could be this other thing that I cant remember what its called, but its probably just worms so lets treat it for worms"....three days later my kitty couldnt move his legs and was having seizures. We rushed him to the pet emergency trauma services in town and found out that he needed to be put down because he had FIP. Never again am I going to this veterinary clinic. Uneducated and unprofessional staff, that dont put your pets needs first and foremost putting in the time needed to find the issue.

Never going back here again! They lied to me about how much things would cost, added surprise charges, and then treated me and my wife like trash when we said we couldnt afford it. We went in expecting to pay $180 but came out with a bill for over $600!!! And even then, all of the tests that they did were inconclusive. Were going to Banfield from now on because they are upfront with their prices.

We went here two times within a 4 day period and the diagnosis was incorrect. The Dr was not engaged and didnt care. It took us 10 minutes at another vet to get the problem taken care of. An issue that could have blinded our dog. Terrible. Never going back. Was promised a refund and never received one.

These folks have the highest quality diagnostic equipment and the best trained staff anywhere around. If you want you problems solved and your pets happy and healthy, come see them.
