The locations in Austin Texas used to be my number one place to go to when I got my first dog. He had gotten all his shots and everything there and never any problems. Loved the company! I later moved to Tomball Texas where I ended up getting another dog. I was told that she had not been spayed so I took her as my boy dog also wasnt neutered yet. The only one nearby is this location in Houston so we went. Dropped her off and waited for the text to let us know when she would be ready. I received a text saying that she would be ready around 3, but thought that was kinda early since youre supposed to pick them up at 5. Anyway I get back to pick her up and was told that they thought she might have been spayed, but decided to do the procedure anyway, and came to find out that she had already been spayed. So they still charged me for spaying my dog when they really didnt. All I wanted was a call or something. Tell me whats going on and ask me if I want you to cut my dog open then it would have been on me, but they just did it anyway guess they are like every other place that tries to rip you off. After they spayed her she got a urinary infection which ended up being more vet visits and more money. Never going back.

Amazing. I Highly Recommend People To Come Here. This Was My First Time Everything Went Perfect. I Loved It The Employees At First Seemed Like They Didnt Want To Be There It Was Early In The Morning Either Way Youre Suppose To Speak To Customers As If They Love Their Job. Other Then That It Was Fantastic. One Employees Behaviour Didnt Ruin The Rest.

Fast,fun, and friendly. This is one of the places I would recommend taking your dog if the regular vet it to expensive or if BARC IS BOOKED. Appointment are on time and quick. They do not try to squeeze every penny out of you everything is affordable. Over all the staff was great and the place was clean. Thanks Emancipet.

Took my Chihuahua in for a spay. I called and chat messaged the staff plenty of time with questions, staff was always friend. At drop-off line was long but still didnt wait long at all, theyre very efficient. Strongly recommend to other folks that need affordable spay/neuter for their cat or dog.

I bring all my pets here for their annual vaccinations and monthly prevention because the $5 office visit and inexpensive medications cant be beat. The lobby is clean and there is even a separate waiting area for kitty clients so they are not disturbed by the dogs.

This place is amazing! The staff is very knowledgeable and caring. They answered all my questions! My dog got spayed there and her incision healed so nicely. I have taken my other dogs for vaccinations and the service is great! Thank you Emancipet

Ever since they moved locations some of the new staff is rude, especially the front desk girl, she has no patients with pet parents who are a bit confused and that dont understand certain things about whats going on with their pet etc.

Very good staff.My pup left a happy camper.Its just a shame that theres alot of strays in this area due to irresponsible pet owners. They ask for resources,they get them but dont use them.I grew up here and Im just saying.
