I only write reviews for either very good or very upsetting experiences. That being said i ordered flea medication from 1800 petmeds with fleas being in season right now -now for some crazy reason they asked for vets info and needed a pass from vet to be able to send to us. I just called and they did not allow this bc they said we havent seen your cat in a year-this aggravates me bc they actually have NEVER seen my cat i have just gone inside vet to purchase. So in trying to save money for myself and just protect my cat from fleas they wont allow this bc they want you to buy it from them. If you truly care about animals you should realize that #1 its rediculous to have to have a prescription for good flea meds #2 that knowing if there is nothing wrong with your animal and there is no reason for a vet visit that we shouldnt have to pay not only crazy high prices for the meds but also a vet visit is just plain not right especially since like i said they have never seen my cat so if i would have just drove up there i could have bought it from them. Not cool at all, its a low ball way to make extra money for them. I take amazing care of my pets however i dont think bringing them in when nothing is wrong is right. When and who said they need to go to vet once a year for unnecessary shots. I dont go to the dr. Myself for unnecessary things once a year bc somebody somewhere along the way said thats what you have to do. Im frustrated and really upset.

Took my cat here for annual vaccination. I brought her in at 8 AM. They examined her while I was there. We were out in under 30 minutes. The staff was very friendly. They have multiple people working the checkout desk, so a line does not build up.

Its always a good experience at Shelley Drive Animal Clinic. The staff is very professional and the vets are experts at what they do.....everyone exhibits kindness and compassion. I have used this clinic for many years and would not change.

I like the people there the even have access to a surgeon if something happens with your pet. But their prices are way too high which state would be more in tune with pet owners dont have a big pocketbook.

Get a receptionist that doesnt treat you like an idiot. Brought my 18 year old dog in for euthanization and got nothing but attitude. Will never come here again horrible first impression
