They are number #1 at being INCOMPETENT!!! Their insurance verification process sucks from the front desk all the way to their Billing Department (Not located at their office, complete chaos for this type of situation since they do their process through email :/) which as I call it and as I told them "RIDICULOUS"! The lady at the front desk initially told me my daughter didnt have dental coverage and then told me my daughter was not under my policy. Their incompetence had me grinding my teeth the whole time until I finally decided to do their job for them by contacting their billing department and asking them what did they need in order to verify coverage and I offered to have the claim manager from my insurance contact her, after the whole process was finalized we were finally called by the "manager" who apologized and I just had to ask him why do they have their billing department located somewhere else, his sorry excuse was because this process seems to help their waiting time a quick 10 minutes or in & out process LOL sooooo ridiculous for having to wait on them for 2 hours only to end up having to do their job! After that he asked about my childs medical history and I told him everything including a condition for which he didnt seem to have a problem with since it was not asked on the paperwork and proceeded to take us to the treatment area, after having my childs X-Rays done a lady told me they couldnt treat my child because of her condition which was not life threatening to anyone and I personally felt this was a vendetta for doing their job and told me that I had to bring her back in a month! If these people do things in their lives the way they do their job,I feel sorry for Kool Smiles and places like these shouldnt exist, we go to these places for a service, not to take your sorry ass incompetent behavior, since I fought to be seen because my daughter does in fact have dental coverage yo had no choice but to deny me service! I hope everyone else has a fabulous experience here, but dont be surprised if confronted with incompetence and denied service for speaking up about it since they dont like to hear the truth :)

Absolutely horrible. Do NOT waste your time. The employees at the front desk MIGHT choose to acknowledge you, or maybe they wont. I stood waiting for 13 minutes for someone to even acknowledge the fact that I was standing there. Then when I politely asked for some help, the 2 girls seemed annoyed and said I was late for my appointment. I pointed out that I had been standing there being ignored. The girl at the desk says she will ask the doctor if they wll see my son, then comes back after another 15 minutes and says that the mouth guard never came in and to come back next week. So, you would not see my son because you thought we were too late, but you have no qualms about telling me to come back a week later?? Best part? We werent even there to pick up a mouth guard!! So she goes back, comes out and says that we have to reschedule because they are backed up. This is the second time I have had horrible experiences here, but tried to give it another shot due to the convenient location. Because I dont look like I would speak Spanish, they girls were talking ABOUT me in front of me (extremely ignorant on their part.) I will never go back to this location. Might consider another location but at this point I am so disgusted I probably will not.

Today July 5/ 2017Literally Im sitting in the office while writing this review. If I could give no stars I would. I came in close to 10 for my 10:15 appt only to be here waiting still and it is 11:30. When I arrived I was told I would have to wait about 45 which is bad but I said Ill wait here I am over the time the said I would have to wait. Not only that the whole office smell horrible, the gym for the kids is dirty and you can see that its not wipe down often because some of the parts are black from the dirt. The staff has no concern to keep you updated on the wait when you can see plenty of them taking. the manager is in his office drinking coffee and eating with his door open. Again no sense of urgency. I have seen several dental assistants come look at chart and then go right to the back and and not call any one. The receptionist doesnt even know the average time a patient is expected to be with a dentist. The only have 3 dentist for a full office of patients. The most disgusting dentist ever. This will be my very last time visiting this establishment. It has not only made a bad impression for this location but Kool Smiles as a whole. Dont bother asking me to email you shouldve been concerned while I was here.

Mu experiencia al principio fue buena y hasta recomendé amigas y a mi sobrina hoy estoy arrepentida cuando uno va a una cita sale tardandoce más de tres horas y todas las mujeres k ahí trabajan están solo como viejas chismosas mientras uno desesperado de esperar otro día mi hijo andaba unas puntadas por una cortada k se dio en un accidente de auto y la señora le hizo un mal comentario k le dijo k no de gusto andaba eso por respeto a su edad no le dije lo k se merecía vieja idiota babosa lo hacen ir de gusto a uno de hoy en adelante así como recomendé desprestigiare esta clínica por que son una porquería...

The staff at the front desk bring the experience down for the parents. They are rude sassy and unprofessional. This is the 2nd time that after arrival they say the patient cannot be seen. 1st they made an adult appointment on a day and time with no adult dentist there unapologetically. Today my son goes in for a cleaning as scheduled from our last visit and after 20-30min he could not be seen unless I paid out of pocket. This appointment was made 3months ago and I had to confirm it about 20times in the last 2 days. Why wasnt the insurance verified before the appointment( for specific treatment)? Why are the staff so inconsiderate and careless(no apologies no remorse no concern)? Those young girls at the desk need to stop running thier mouths and do thier jobs! Ive spoken to the office manager previously and I will be back to speak to him today. Completely unprofessional to the point that it takes away from the entire experience. Minus the long wait times the dentist and assistants are great with the kids..if you can make it past the messy front desk staff.

No me gustó la experiencia las secretarias son muy irrespetuosas y te dan actitud por cualquier pregunta que les haces inclusive solo por cambiar el canal de televisión para halgo más educativo que lo que tenían. Otra cosa que no me gusta es la tardanza que tienen para llamarte si tienes una cita a las 9 am te llaman dos horas después el ambiente es muy incómodo para los niños de un año en adelante y no hay privacidad entre pacientes. Yo ya voy a cambiarme por que pierdes mucho tiempo y paciencia

Overall your clinic is the worst of the area your office manager and employees are not qualify to work with family and insurance companies they dont know squat about anything. The appointment are given for 9 am arent ok because they open at the same time plus you see more than 12 people showing up at the same time and you wont be take it in until they verify the insurance information basically you will be seeing the doctor around 11 am. If you come 20 min later of 9 am dont even bother because they wont take you especially if you have new information about your insurance. Just because that they didnt want to see my son it was raining and we couldnt make it on time. Just because they never got my insurance information that I provide 3 months in advance to prevent this happening. But the incompetence of the receptionist are extremely out of your expectations. I dont recommend this place.
