I wish I could give Dr. Serrano and his team a higher rating. They deserve it! Each one has shown me genuine care during my visits at the office. I can tell that they all care about my health. Dr. Serrano doesnt just treat you like a patient, he treats you like your family. The Ignite family is strong and its because Dr. Serrano encourages an environment of friendliness. He is genuine and goes way beyond your average chiropractor. Through my adjustments and ongoing care with Dr. Serrano I have managed to get off of 12 medications for various things including seizures (which doctors told me I would never be able to go off of medication), severe migraines, TMJ, Sleep Disorders, Neck Surgery, and a few other things. I was living to survive on a daily basis with my medications but now that Im off of them I flourish. Thank you Dr. Serrano for caring about me as a person and helping me achieve what I thought was impossible. I have been off of medication for 4 years now and completely seizure free with 2 of the most beautiful and healthy boys you will ever meet. I thank God often for Dr. Serranos care and willingness to go the extra mile in helping me get healthy. As well as providing an environment of health for my growing family!

Dr. Serrano is the consummate professional, caring, and an educator. He takes time to explain, you do not feel rushed when you visit his office. The staff is kind and willing to demonstrate the exercises several times until you master the technique. I love the atmosphere of the office from the moment you enter you feel at peace. Ive been attending this office for three weeks and my pain level has significantly decrease. Thanks to the expertise of Dr. Serrano, who identified the cause of my issues. For the past eight years, Ive been to several Chiropractic offices, Ignite Chiropractic & Wellness, is by far the best. Dr. Serrano besides his caring demeanor is a God loving human being. Highly recommend this location.

I have been getting weekly adjustments from Dr. Serrano for about 18 months now. He treats everyone like family and is very good at what he does. He has a digital x-ray machine on site. Shows you what your neck and spine look like vs. what they SHOULD look like. He offers a 6 month plan of action to help cure the problem. You get to see the progress that has been made. The price is very reasonable. Comes to $40 per visit if you factor in the therapeutic "at home" equipment kit. After that, cost per visit is just $30. Compare that to $65 per visit at some other chiropractor offices. You get high quality care at reasonable prices by wonderful people. All in your own neighborhood.

I bring my whole family here and weve never felt healthier. So much to learn at ignite chiropractic and the staff has nothing but our health in their best interest. This establishment is changing peoples lives and we are all getting stronger because of it. My 2 year old has been coming since she was 2months old and since we go regularly she no longer has acid reflux and it definitely stopped her colic. So nice to see a Dr. that you know truly cares about the longevity of your life, knows your name and family and is ALWAYS there to help you. We have learned so much from this practice and we cant wait to share what Weve learned with our family and others.

Dr. Serrano is an amazing Chiropractor and a genuinely wonder person. When I became a patient of Dr. Serranos, I was having chronic back and neck pain. Since being under his care, my back and neck have gotten significantly better; to the point I very rarely have pain. Beyond treating my back and neck, Dr. Serrano has raised my awareness to improving my overall health. Dr. Serrano perpetually offers both 1x1 advice and hosts open clinics for improving diet, battling cancer, etc. I feel fortunate to have found the good people at Ignite Chiropractic & Wellness.

I started out with Dr. Serrano at Westchase Chiropractic and followed him to East Lake. I love his approach to Health and Wellness. Its not just about getting a chiropractic adjustment and going home but its learning an overall approach to health with eliminating toxins in our food supply as well as the things we use on our bodies, nutrition workshops, exercise classes, Etc. I love that I can be a patient as well as my husband and children. We are learning together as a family how to be healthier.

Dr. Serrano and his team are THE BEST!! I love the positivity and commitment to wellness that I noticed as soon as I first stepped in the door. I have a major lower back issue and could not walk upright when I started. Now Im running and almost back to normal after only a few treatments. I just do my exercises, come in regularly and do what the doctor says. Moreover, I have my kids coming in as well and they are doing great. I feel very blessed to have found them!

Staff is friendly but hours are strange. However, make sure they run your insurance otherwise you will be paying out of pocket and claim you opted for it (I guess to avoid them having to file a claim). They will put you on a treatment plan but be prepared, because once that is completed, there will not be results and they will try to make you extend your services for a few more months at a time (although this is pretty typical for a chiropractor).

Our 3 month old son and myself have been seen this Dr Serrano for a little over a month. For my sons acid reflux since birth. Medications werent doing anything for helping him. We went in at a last ditch hope it would help. We never in a million years would thing our son would ever stop screaming nonstop. He isnt "prefect" but he is way better then he was. I cant wait to keep using them in the future to see how he can help our kids!

Dr. Serrano and his staff has completely changed my life. When I first started coming to his practice I had headaches everyday and was suffering from shoulder and lower back pain. Now I am back able to work out and complete house work without any pain. Ive been to a lot of chiropractors, but Ive never found one that genuinely cared about my overall health like Dr. Serrano. Ive only been blessed to have Dr. Serrano for a couple of months, but it only took a couple of visits to witness how everyone who works there treats each patient like family. It is a pleasant experience each time I go, not to mention Im feeling so much better already!!
