Im 31 weeks pregnant, last week I went for my 4 week check up with my OB. As soon as I got there they told me my Dr. was in a training and that they would have to re-schedule me. So I re-scheduled for yesterday. I went in yesterday and the Dr. had an emergency so they needed to re-schedule me. That is fine, I understand OBs get called in for emergencies. This is my 4th pregnancy so Im not going to make a big deal about that. However, Castle Clinic cannot re-schedule me for another 2 weeks with my OB. That is just unacceptable. I am upset that their schedulers are so incompetent when it comes to their patients health care. I will be filing a complaint against this clinic and have switched OBs 9 weeks away from my due date. I really liked the Dr. I was seeing but I am afraid she is far too over-booked to care for mine and my babys needs.

Zero stars..My first experience. This place is a joke. A circus. One doctor walked by he looked like he was spun out or on pills. A lady in scrubs walked by dragging her feet. This place needs to be cleaned and sanitized. After an hour wait my son saw the Doctor. He had a fever and headache symptoms. (102 fever when his vitals were checked) The doctor said, "its a virus let it, pass dont feed him too much tylenol." And he said, "if hes not hungry dont force him to eat he can go WEEKS without eating." yes he said weeks. Then as hes talking to me he put his finger in his nose.

Their urgent care called me in quickly, but then I just waiting in one of their exam rooms for over 30 minutes to be greeted by a very rude and impersonal doctor. Doctor Paul Love basically blamed me for my ailment (because it was caused by antibiotics prescribed by one of his fellow doctors at the same hospital) and told me what I was doing for treatment was incorrect even though Ive been dealing with this same issue for YEARS. If he took just a few minutes to talk to his patients, he would know that Im not some idiot just trying to get a quick fix.

I went here on the 2nd of this month and I was in and out in an hour. Honestly after reading the other reviews i was going to schedule somewhere else but I decided to go ahead and go see how it was ...First of all , the 2 ladies at the front desk are very friendly. This was my daughters first time here so I though for sure atleast 2 hours...nope, we were waiting in the wait room for 20 mins, then 30 mins later we were done. It was a very pleasant first visit and we wil be back....

Took my mom in for her checkup and to schedule for an ultrasound (only because the emergency room doctor said we needed to get it done asap) well the doctor goes in the hall and starts saying some VERY rude and unproffessional things about my mom such as " this lady is just wasting my time i dont even know why shes here" and " well why didnt the doctor in the emergency room just do it". Its one thing to say things about someone but to dobit where they can hear is just ridiculous

Had to schedule an appointment and the soonest they had was 6 weeks away. So what can I do right. So now I get here at my SCHEDULED appointment time, and they tell me, (nonchalantly I might add), they tell me the wait time is 1 and a half to 2 hours! Okay I can see a walk in having to wait for an opening, but why the hell make an appointment for 3:30 if Im not gonna be seen til 5? Place is a joke, but what can I do right. Smh....

I was at the optometry. My appointment was at 2:30. Came on time and they called me to fill out my papers at 3:11. Got the papers in at 3:20 and still waited another 30 minutes to see a provider. This place is horrible when it comes to wait time. So much chaos and confused receptionists. No I would not recommend. Not going there agin and time to find a new eye care provider. Castle optometry is a joke. Wish I could give no stars!!

I just got my insurance card and it had this facility listed on it. I called today to make an appt as I currently have sinus and ear infection and the girl who answered phone said the first avail appt is in mid June!! Its the middle of March right now! What the hell kind of facility is this place? I will never set foot in there and already changed tho new doctor for next month. Sad place!

There is nothing to like about this facility. The receptionist are rude and get mad when asked to do there job had an appt scheduled for 10:30 and waited over 2hours to be seen even with an appt Savannah the receptionist was beyond rude had a major attitude problem. Very unprofessional bith the clinic and eye Dr. Not a professional institution would not recommend

I was a little hesitant to come here because of the reviews but I am glad I gave the place a chance. I have been to CFHC twice so far and I love it! The staff were very friendly and efficient! The wait times so far, have been pretty normal. So far, from these past two visits I recommend Castle Family Health Centers.

I DO NOT recommend this place! They take forever and twice I was hung up on. I have so many bad experiences here Im not even sure which to state. I recommend you go somewhere else! Even if its far trust me its worth not going here.

Slow service that boarders on incompetence. As a patient at this clinic for several years, I have witnessed no meaningful improvement here. If you choose to be a patient at this clinic, keep your expectations low.
