They will not answer phone calls 12-1. Their hours listed should reflect the times that they are not able to serve clients. I have had several X-Rays taken there. EACH TIME I had to follow up to get the X-rays sent to my doctor as they were supposed to. They should be sent the same day!. Edit: There is a total disconnect between Records, Front staff and Radiology Staff. I requested that it be sent to my Santa Barbara doctor. I was told by both front and radiology staff that it would be sent or read electronically. When I followed up with the records staff, I was told by records that it was not possible to be read electronically with this office, and they would need to be mailed, but they were not mailed either. Anyway, a week delay with my problem, because the records were not sent as I and my doctor requested.

I HAD been going to this center for over 10 years they HAD been great, however they are NO LONGER what they used to be, i have been advised by several of my Doctors and my Insurance to AVOID from here on, they apparently sold out in more than one way. I was told my "CO-PAY" has now tripled ? i called my Insurance and they said since they are Falsely billing under French Hospital dba SLO Diagnostic aka Dignity . They the Dignity has tripled the false co pays, so i was advised NEVER again use any facility who is associated WITH DIGNITY. Thus I cancelled all my appointments and will never do business with any Dignity affiliated company. They sold out not only to us patients but are scamming the insurance companies.

Need an MRA. My MD sent referral documentation to SLO Diag Ctr and requested authorization by Aetna via fax. Aetna replied no auth needed. Verified by phone call to SLO Diag Ctr and made an appt and was told how much Aetna would write off & how much I would need to pay. Fine. Got another call from SLO Diag saying they would have to move my appt. to a later date, then they called again & said I could stay @ original appt time. Then at 5pm the day before my 8am MRA appt (for suspected brain aneurism, no laughing matter) they left mssg on my machine that I dont have auth. by Aetna & dont come in! WHAT?? French has wrecked a fine organiztion.
