I brought my son here July 3rd and had an awesome assistant and friendly doctor take care of some cavities on my 6 old. I was asked if I would like to use the gas on him. I informed them that he would do just fine without. During the process my son sat still the entire time and the Dr. Had nothing but nice things to say about his good behavior. My some has another appointment on the 10th this time it was a very poor experience. I had my mother take him in due to the fact that i had to work. She was not asked if it was ok to use the gas. They just hooked him up. I believe this was unessisary because he did so well without it the first time. When he was hooked up he complained of tummy pains and begun to breath heavily. My mother had to ask twice for them to take it off. The person with the gas said "oh he likes it". After the everything was done my son went to stand up and fell over the dr said it was from the gas. Why would they not have said something before he stood up? Ive been trying to contact the manager for 2 days. She continues to dodge my phone calls. She keeps having he assistants tell me shes too busy.

I highly recommend Tricity Dental! I hate going to the dentist because of previous negative experiences but this visit completely changed my mind around. Thanks to Dr. Lopez I am excited for my oral health and with a complete dental health plan I am actually excited for my next visit. Not to mention that he works with state if the art equipment, complimentary paraffin hand wax treatment and massage chairs! The staff is great also! His dental assistant, Cindy, is very personable and makes you feel at home. His receptionist is great also lol. To make a long story short, go see for yourself, I recomend it!

Very rude receptionist they kept calling me saying my dentis office told them something was in correct worse customer service receptionist rude Diana the supervisor rude she should be fired for lying glad my primary dentist and called her worse place ever took my daughter out off that dentist and me . Dont go there .

I loved the dentist he was amazing and enthusiastic about my four boys. Patient and kind with each one. Loved the set up very kid friendly and video games and movies while they waited.

Nice place, good customer service at times, some dental assistants dont even talk to you, no friendly welcoming. But then theres those that make a nice conversation.

I wish they had a dentist like this when I was a kid. Dinosaurs coming through the room awesome. And their go out of there way to make you comfortable.
