Awakening Liberty Show

This place is dangerous! Do not go here! Unprofessional, irresponsible, and no regard for the patient or parent. They completely disregarded procedures set forth by the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and endangered my child. The doctor treated my child without my consent and before I even had a chance to completely fill out the health questionnaire. I ask you why have you fill out a questionnaire if they arent going to read it. My child who has downs is 3 years old and does not know how to spit yet they filled his mouth with fluoride and he subsequently swallowed sodium fluoride! Lawsuit to be filed

Had an appointment and they did not acknowledge it due to not confirming the appointment. Lost hours of work to take my girls and that was there response ! Very unprofessional. Sounds like they just wanted to go home early. There was no one in the waiting room to even go in and not just that but it was a cleaning it would of took them at max 5 min like always ! Tried to talk to the manager, they would not transfer me or call her ! I would not recommend them at all. Like what is the point of making an appointment and doing your all for them to not even acknowledge you ! Very very disapointed. !!!!!

Unfortunately (for them, Kid Dental) my experience been "horrible" over the past two years. The front desk staff has no idea what it is dealing with customers, if they know that because we have jobs, we would value as such. TERRIBLE place!! Go anywhere but here! They do NOT listen to your concerns and will do and give your child things youve specifically said they can NOT have! On purpose!! They treat you like youre an imbecile and go against your wishes with your own child! DONT go here!

First time at a dentistry for kids and besides all the kids running around it was a very good experience. The staff at KID DENTAL were very nice and professional and the Doctor is very kid friendly I would definitely recommend them to my friends and Family.

Terrible. Told my 5 year old daughter to "stop acting like a child" when she was scared. She was a child. If you dont like children, why open a children only dental office.
