I cant give them no stars, so I guess Ill have to give them one. What a joke of a doctor! Took my son here because he had a really bad toothache and our normal dentist was out of the office and this was the on-call dentist. They took an extra and the doctor said that he was going to prescribe an antibiotic and refer us back to our regular dentist for the extraction. I already knew what was going on and what needed to be done. I explained this to them on the phone. The doctor said that they dont normally do treatment for on-call patients. They just see them and then refer them back to their regular dentist. Needless to say, I was pissed! If this is what they normally do, they couldve told me that on the phone when I explained what was going on. Im sure its simply a way for them to make some more money by charging patients for an emergency exam but not actually doing anything for them. So, in the end, nothing was actually done and well end up back at our regular dentist...who has managed in the past to remove a slightly infected tooth without a problem. All-around, it was a waste of time visiting a useless doctor. If youre going there as an emergency patient because this place is the on-call dentist, dont waste your time.

We have been patients at the Smile Shop with 3 children for 10 years. I have nothing but good things to say about all of the dentists, hygienists, and even the front office and billing support staff as we have certainly had the chance over the last 10 years to work with all of them at least once. My kids have had dental injuries, fillings, cleanings, extractions, and superior care in all of these situations. Dr. Nicole Stoker caught a serious developmental issue with my daughters bite that I was then able to seek treatment for. This office deserves 5 stars! I hope more patients take the time to write positive reviews; they certainly deserve them!
