The experience itself wasnt great nor bad. The Dentist Assistant, Diana, was about the one reason this place would of kept my business. Between the Dentist & the Office "Manager", Christina, is why they lost it. After I decided to get my tooth extracted rather than get the good Dr. a nice dinner at a 5 star, it seemed I had also elected to become a # rather than a patient. Metal tools used for the procedure suddenly were tested for durability, compliments of my surrounding teeth. After it was done, I proceeded to the counter, where Christina was charging me for a Surgical extraction, instead of a basic extraction, which it was. Luckily, Diana & a co- worker caught it & told her to correct the mistake. At this point I was glad it was all over & done. Unfortunately, Christina wasnt...2 weeks later I receive a letter stating I still had a balance for...you guessed it...A SURGICAL EXTRACTION. Christina, how youve made it for 8 years is beyond me. You may "love it" but it dont love you- pay attention. If not for yourself, do it for the sake of your boss, business & co- workers.

Ive been going to Dr. Atencio since , um 20 years ish . Dr. Atencio is an awesome person and does amazing work. I have NEVER! Been a fan of going to the "DENTIST" but the visits to Dr. Atencio are the best I HAVE EVER HAD ! As for his staff, everybody I have had dealings with is incredibly personable and very polite , once again always a good experience. It seems to me that the ATENCIO TEAM is tight knit and work very well together, and they love their jobs and are VERRY good at what they do. Its almost like visiting extended family , except for the drama free environment. P.s. To anybody reading this who is not already a patient, STOP READING THE OTHER REVIEWS and make an appointment with Dr. Atencio. Schedule a cleaning or something, if only to get a feel for the environment. You will most likely be visiting your NEW dentist for the first time. P.s.s , I AM NEITHER EMPLOYED BY OR RELATED TO ANYBODY IN THIS OFFICE. (Seriously, just go) Your welcome.

I dont even know where to begin! I was beyond terrified of the dentist as a child. My teeth and gums were left untreated by a dentist for about 10 years. My mouth needed a lot of help, as I was in extreme discomfort. I was so lucky that a google search led me to Dr. Atencio. Not only did he save my teeth and gums, but he and his caring staff has helped me completely kick my irrational fear of dental work. Everyone in the office is so kind and so patient. Christina at the front desk is always welcoming and makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door, Felicia is the dental hygienist that I see for cleanings every 3 months, she takes her time and is very thorough. I recommend Dr. Atencio to all of my friends and family. If you are looking for a dentist in the area give them a call and see for yourself!

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Atencio, DDS for all our dental needs for several years now. Weve had the usual periodic teeth cleanings as well as more extensive dental procedures. We love the service provided by Dr. Atencio and his outstanding team. They are always friendly, helpful, happy to answer any questions you have, and do their very best to make your dental visits as pleasant as possible. Well jeez, where to start. I have a horrible dental phobia. So much that I didnt go to the dentist for several years. Then I found Dr. Atencio! I still get a little nervous when I have to go, however Ive never had an unpleasant experience. Ever. Everyone is always nice and outgoing. Dr. Atencio is a very good dentist. He truly cares about his patients. My dental phobia is all but gone! Its truly remarkable. If I would have found him years ago I could have saved alot of time worrying over nothing. Hes the best.

Entire staff is very friendly. When I need emergency service they make every effort to get me in ASAP. They are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to insurance coverage and co-pays. I have recommended Atencio to family and friends….now they love the Atencio team as much as I do. (2 thumbs up)
