Got new insurance, they said theyll call me when they verified it, almost 2 weeks havent heard from their office. So I called, was on hold for about 10mins and they hang up, I called back and got put on hold again coz she has to help others first, end up they havent verified nothing, they called me back 30mins before they close, takes that long to verify insurance? Ends up they cant verify coz they have my ss wrong! Good looking receptionist staff... But Theyre only working to look good, work ethics poor. Bad business.

Hubby and I both saw Dr. Peralta and were both very pleased. She was pleasant, patient and did a great job on our respective work. The office is how it sounds - very modern equipment, with a bonus flat-screen tv in each room where YOU actually get to use the remote! The Benefits Coordinators made it easy to understand what my insurance would & would not cover. Overall a very nice place with great people working there. This is a place I would feel comfortable in referring my friends & family.

Staff was friendly at our first appointment then after I called backed to ask what else we could do for a toothache completely different experience. Said they would call me back never did when I had to call back very rude and short with me! Was Scheduled for treatment but after that how can I even trust them on my teeth. No thanks.

Staff was friendly, but I paid Dr. Paralta thousand of dollars upfront and he never finished the job. The last thing he said to me was when we make a change in Labs we will call you and you can be our Ginny pig. Been waiting way to long. Need it finished or try to reclaim my cash money back.

I really recommend this dental office.. From day one they have taken good care of me.. The girls in the front are extremely nice and pleasant.. What I love most is that they work with you on payment plans.. They have modern technology..
