Two years ago I went to the clinic for an ear problem. Musinex D was prescribed by a local ER. This clinic sent me to a cardiologist for heart problems! Cardiologist wanted to preform all kinds of tests costing me $$$. Fortunately I saw my old doctor in Chico who told me the tests were unnecessary and the "Heart Problems" were CAUSED by the Musinex! I am very healthy and had a swollen knee, called the clinic and was told I am a "New" patient because I have not had a physical in two years and they are not accepting new patients! Unacceptable and unbelievable!

Weve had a few terrible experiences here. Weve had multiple appointments canceled without notification. We were given no sincere apology or rectification for their errors. They blame the "booking system." One front desk employee seems to harbor general disdain for patients, and probably shouldnt be in a customer service position. There are other options for care in the area. I suggest avoiding this clinic.
