The Staff is very nice and respectful. but they are not organized at all the clinic is not clean, i saw a trace of blood on some tools right before we even started. all what the care about it billing the insurance, even if they expose your life to risk due to number of X ray they took. in less then 2 hours they took over 25 X ray on me due to them having a very old technology and a slow computer Remedy for this issue is the respectability of the Doctor 1) hire someone to keep the clinic clean 2) educate and train the staff 3) have regular meeting with staff to address issues 4) invest in more modern machine 5) make customer service your goal " NOT billing the insurance" Dr please do this so a customer like me dont walk away his crown in his hand also a complain was filed with California dental board Dr Gill called my cell about one hour after i posted this review to make what i considered to be a threats to me . i think it would be wiser from someone like him to call to try to fix what had happened rather then acting like a tough guy. having a happy customer who is willing to spread the word is beneficiary for such a business. he just wont understand that i have a ZERO TOLERANCE FOR BULLY

She was great upfront and nice. The real hero was a nurse who calmed down my 9 year old child. She was friendly sweet and a great person. Appointment are soon schedule mine a week later. Great with customer service

Almost every person has their own insurance, but I dont know why this dentist charge $ 1 cash from every patient, Rest of the things are good.
