My review is based solely on wait time, since I didnt even get a chance to see the Orthodontist. I had a scheduled appointment at 5p, I arrive 19 minutes early. I sign in at 441p. The receptionist calls me at 510 to complete new patient forms, I hand the ones I pre-filled earlier in the day. I return to my seat. They finally call me, 602p. I sat in the chair for 15 minutes. I had enough, I walked out. Asked to have my forms back. I was only there for a consultation. A consultation for braces. Im partially a receptionist as my current job. I will let my applicants know when there is a 45 to hour wait. Its just good customer service. Not until I asked for my forms back and rescheduled did I find out they were down 2 employees who called in sick. At my job, if you call in sick, its before your shift. Not the end of the day. So they knew before I checked in that there was an hour wait. I wouldve happily rescheduled. Beware, and ask for wait times before you sit. Lesson learned.

I was arriving 10 minutes prior to my sons appointment and still waited about 40 minutes for my son to get an X-ray that took about 3 minutes. The we waited another 15 minutes at the dental chair for a dentist to look at him and then walk away for another 10 minutes before I got upset and aided what is taking so long? The dentist brought over some instruments and walked away again saying she.went to go get a chart. Finally when the Dentist came he asked me and my wife to wait outside. I told him no way in hell I will leave my 5 year old kid by himself to do a dental procedure. He said it was their policy.

My first trip to Bright now went well returned today for the delivery of a bridge and a root canal long story short the doc shot me with nova cane then just denied me service saying it would be best to let the bridge rest left there numb without getting any work also over charged worst of all the dentist became very impatient and short with me paid them 6000 dollars and this place is worthless BEWARE

Its unbelievable how many errors have been done on me! I was scheduled for my final crown after several mis-matchs and again the wrong cover/crown ordered! Now more time off work until it arrives in 2 more weeks. I will definitely search for another dentist and will not be coming here anymore! Too many errors and inconveniences. I do not recommend this office.

Had a root canal done here. Really nervous about getting it done here because I expected it to be like my experience at Western Dental. But it was totally the opposite. I was in and out quickly, the doctor was great (especially with the needle) explained everything and was super polite. I would definitely recommend them to someone looking for a dentist.

I have had a great fear of the dentist. This place is great and everyone has put me at ease. The dentist Dr. Wong? male Asian is awesome!! I completely stopped going to the dentist for years. Now I look forward to getting my horrible mouth fixed. This is the best my mouth has been in a long time. IMHO......BEST DENTIST EVER!!

Excellent care. Listening to staff I hear competent and professional conversation and behavior. My care was well explained and my discomfort was controlled. Dr. Wong both listened to my concerns and explained good alternatives and allowed my input. I have finally found my Dentist.

all the staff are very friendly, I feel as if they already know me when I walk in. One time my daughter had an appt. and she didnt even sit down, they called her in the back right from the counter. I was very happy. I would and have recommended this office to my friends and family.

I took my 10 year old daughter in for a tooth that was bothering her, she was extremely nervous, but the staff did a wonderful job of making her feel comfortable. Dr Haong was able to take care of the issues, & we couldnt be happier. I definitely will be recommending this office.

Never go to this place. They will mess up your Root Canal to the point where they will then send you to see an Endodontist to fix which of course is more money. They will not correct the problem once you walk out that door. Please do yourself a favor and stay away.

All staff and Doctors were nice and knowledgeable. They got us in and out in a timely matter. We were seen by both Dr. Haong and Orthodontist, Dr. Pressutti . They were patient and addressed our concerns. Yes, I would recommend this office.
