Customer service is great here! This is probably one of the better dental offices in town. The staff is polite and attentive. However, I did not rate Delano Family Dentistry 5-Stars because I got to my cleaning appointment 15 minutes early hoping to get served quickly. In the lobby was just me and another person. I understand that they might have needed to get ready and set up, but isnt that why we make appointments anyway? So that by the time the patient gets to the office, the staff is ready to go. Other than that, though, I am glad to have started going to Delano Family Dentistry. I look forward to going there more and hopefully helping them improve their already-good service.
