I would give them zero stars because i went in this morning for a check up and "cleaning" but i left with bleeding gums and sore teeth. when we first got there and i did my x-rays it went by fine but when the dentist went in and checked my teeth she said i had a issue with my teeth ,which was fine to fix but after that it took an hour yes an hour for them to come in and tell us that our insurance didnt cover what i needed fixed and they needed $250 and that we could make payments but they needed money upfront 1. its the day after Christmas do you think we have money right now ? so we said we would do that next month when we have the money, so they just went on with the cleaning and polish now i have been to western dental once before and my cleaning was amazing but this time oh no no the lady had my bottom gums bleeding as she kept hitting them and now i have sore teeth and when my mom ask why it hurt cause YES IT HURT so bad i started to cry and the way the man said it he made it seem like it was punishment because "I wasnt brushing my teeth correctly so they had to go in with a bit more force " are you kidding me so for about another ten minutes before he came back for the polish all i could do is taste blood in my mouth . I HAVE NEVER BEEN SCARED OF THE DENTIST but they have made me scared to go back Thanks :/ ,NEVER EVER GOING BACK now i understand why you have such a bad reputation.

This is ridiculous. First my mother has all these teeth extracted and her prescription gets called in. Why in the world you someone call in a prescription to CLOVIS when we live in WEST FRESNO??? My mother waited in pain for 4.5 hours due to this little mixup. Oh wait, it gets better. Four in a half hours of pain for them to only prescribe IBUPROFEN???? I could have given her that at home! I have a giant bottle! She didnt have to suffer! You as a company arent going to compensate her for YOUR mistake! Looking at all these reviews I have something to add. You keep saying youll bring this up to the office manager. But I already spoke to Maricella the office Manger and she said shell "talk to them". If this lady has been your office manager for more than 7 months, then it looks to me like you need a staff change. Due to my moms insurance, she is limited on where she can go. That does not mean she should be limited in her care. So if we have to keep dealing with these kind of mistakes and she has to keep suffering on YOUR behalf, then expect to hear from my lawyer!!!

I read a lot of negative reviews, but didnt have much choice because Western Dental in the past has been more affordable. The front office girl was nice, the area clean. The X-ray tech was also nice, quiet but nice. Dr. Rami Alfroukh was also very nice and really seemed to care about me and the reason for my visit. Id been in pain for three weeks and pretty much burst into tears when the very rude finance girl told me it would be $2,000+ for a root canal, or $400 for the extraction of my front tooth!! She was very abrasive and had no customer skills whatsoever. She did, however, ask Dr. for antibiotics for me which I appreciated.Without the intended dental charge robbery, and the very rude finance girl, I could have given this office a 5 star review. I left without treatment. Ive called around and have found that most dental offices charge around $1,300 for root canals and $150 for extractions. I hate to say it, but this is the perfect example of a cash paying customer paying extra to cover other customers with state funded medical insurance.

This place is absolutely Terrible. In no way was this professional. All the girls at the front desk were dressed like they were going to the club with heels and Tight jumpsuit. They tried to get as much money out of time as they could.They wanted to sign things without me ready then, good thing I didnt or else it all wouldve been charged to my credit and Im 18. They were suppose to explain what "tooth graphing " was to me and just said "its a fill in one" how am I suppose to know what that means? And rolled her eyes when I said I needed further explanation . Then got mad and sighed when I told her I didnt have $88 to give her and left the room for half an hour . Not to mention I had an appointment at 3:00 and didnt get pulled back till 4:45. Then numbed Half ass. Then he shot me in my mouth to numb me and didnt come back to 5:40 then forcefully pulled my tooth out . Left blood everywhere and scared me . Then left again for 20 minutes until another assistant just told me to follow her and Gave me a prescription. It was awful.

THEY SHOULD GIVE THE OPTION TO RATE ZERO STAR! when I was looking into getting braces, I went online looking up different ortho offices and their reviews. Most of the western dental offices had bad reviews but this office had good reviews so I decided to come to this location and I live in sanger so its a long drive. However, they have changed their staff and the ladies in the front are rude and talk amongst themselves. I had an incident where I was called to the back and the dental assistant had been rough she almost dropped the tool that she using on my face and I cringed she then apologized but shes still rude. when I ask her to cut the wire more because I felt like it was poking my cheek, she rolled her eyes and jokingly says that she doesnt want to me to be a complaining patient. The doctor seems to know exactly what he is doing, but his assistants have horrible customer service. EVERY RATING HAS GVEN ONE STAR, THAT SAYS A LOT ABOUT THIS DENTAL OFFICE

I went to have my wisdom teeth pulled here and opted to be awake for it because it really wasnt too big of a deal to me. They gave me something for my anxiety because I was a little nervous. Two teeth in and were doing good, only slight discomfort from the pressure... On to the 3rd tooth... He tried to convince me it was my anxiety and "just pressure" as I felt him drill through my tooth. I obviously started crying and yelling for him to stop, to which he only continued. He finally got FED UP with me being in pain and left the room for 15 minutes to see other patients while I laid there in tears with a bloody mouth wide open. He came in and he THEN sufficiently numbed me and proceeded. It was the worst experience of my life. Im 20 and was never scared of the dentist until this experience ... Spare your children and family members, Im not kidding.

it was absolutely horrible. I waited for an hour wen I had a appointment at 11 30. then wen I got into the bak they took my x rays.. she was very rude to me.. and wen she was done taking my x rays she just threw the bit things bak into the cabinet didnt clean them at all. finally I get bak to the dentist he looks in my mouth gives me a couple options and says some 1 will b bak in a min to tlk to u abt wat u want to do and wat ur insurance covers. its now 1 30.. I am still sitting there. the girls in the back were getting confused on wat to do Noone new anything abt wat was going on. I waited till 2pm.. n finally left. i didnt get anything done. no cleaning no consultation.. the people in the lobby left my husband told me and everyone was complaining. I do not recommend going here ever. they r rude n hav no idea wats going on.
