I am a nursing student of brightwood college who spent 3 days at DR Gelen Del Rosario clinic with few of my classmate and clinical teacher for our maternity clinical. My experience was outstanding and very satisfing with Dr Rosario, N.P. Mrs Rhonda and the office staff who were welcoming us with open arms and passing on their knowledge to us. I am very impressed how Dr Rosario and her staff are friendly and professional with the patients. I recommend her for your next OBGYN appointment. She is amazing. She delivered my first baby & was so sweet, caring & professional. She is now about to deliver my second baby, I could not be happier because I know I am in great hands, I trust her. Dr Del is one of the few doctors that I have encountered that has a personality & actually cares about her patients. Her staff is amazing, they are always attentive & helpful. The office manager has been amazing, she helped me get everything set-up with my insurance, gave me samples for formula & helped me with several other things that I am so grateful for.

Worst Doctors Office Ever. The staff is completely incompetent. They cannot give you ultrasound results over the phone. You need to make an appointment whenever they have time to get you in, it could be two weeks later. good luck if you have any anxiety whatsoever on what your results are. The office is dirty, the staff is rude and obnoxious. Dont say I didnt warn you.

The doctor and NP give amazing care but the staff is horrible. They dont give follow up calls even when you ask them too and they dont bother to assist you with and questions or concerns. Very lazy and incompetent so sad considering the doctor is good
