The worst! I had her for my second baby because fallbrook hospital closed and my first doc who was so amazing quit delivering babies! Nguyen sacred me into getting induced saying if not Ill need a csection or babys shoulders will get stuck and have permanent nerve damage! So I got induced and all went great except her attitude! She would just walk in while I was pushing and say "harder" with her arms crossed and then leave the room! Even the nurse was in shock with her bad attitude. Luckily my nurse was amazing and pretty much delivered my baby! My mom and husband wanted to take this doctor outside! She doesnt want to be inconvenienced with you having a baby! If you want a positive birthing experience do not go to Dr. Nicole Nguyen

Dr. Nguyen is the absolute best OBGYN in north county San Diego! My wife had an emergency c-section performed by her, because our son was breach and there is no one I trusted more with their lives. She is calm, calculated, on top of everything and really goes above and beyond the call of duty. We have referred her to several of our friends and they were all converted after having very positive prenatal care/ deliveries with her. We are forever grateful and look forward to her helping us safely welcome our next child into the world.
