I would imagine like anything, people have bad days. I have been seeing Dr. Simon and her staff for over 5 years. I have always been treated well, been given straight talk and felt that I received excellent service. I have also felt "understood" especially regarding hormone issues. I feel Dr. Simon and the NP I have worked with were all professional as well as warm. It is a busy office. Im not sure what kind of experience people are looking for. The same front desk gals have been there the last 5 years as well, I dont see a lot of turnover which tells me it must be a decent work environment as well. I like that I see the same people year after year. They know who I am and are always pleasant. I would highly recommend Dr. Simon and Rocky Mountain GYN.

I had to write a reveiw because I was really suprised to see that someone thought they were impersonal and cold. I thought the staff was great-some have quiet low-key personalities but the dominant personality of the office is bubbly and bold. They will indeed make money but they will also give you control over your own care. They will run options by you and actually take some direction from the patient which is pretty uncommon for doctors. These guys may know it all but they still listen and allow you to try a few things on your own with them writing the prescriptions monitoring your progress. They shower my toddler with candy ( which I hate, but understand cause he is so cute ) and that to me is very personable.

All of the staff members are great & make you feel very comfortable. I appreciate that the Dr. Simon & other providers take you into their offices to discuss results and discuss what needs to be done. It is a much better environment for that type of info. Dr. Simon is always willing to discuss things that other doctors dont seem to want to discuss with patients. It is nice to have a provider that is willing to help you when others have not! They have always been great with giving me reminders for my appointments and labs. I have & would send family members to Dr. Simon & her team!

The office staff is incredibly rude. They act like they are doing you a favor to take care of you. Ive never been to a doctors office and been treated this disrespectfully. I also had a family member who they did a procedure on in the office which according to the hospital, should have been done at the hospital. That became very evident when she was bleeding severely and ended up in the ER because the doctors office had failed to stitch her up correctly.

NOT MILITARY FAMILY FRIENDLY. They do not take any government or military insurances, and the receptionist speak about your reason to be seen in detailed description in the lobby. Out loud in the open. Privacy rights and confidentiality ruined. Will not recommend. Traveled 30 miles to go there to exit within 5 minutes after they told me on the phone that my insurance was fine.

For years I struggled with hormone imbalance and my doctor kept prescribing me different medications and I never felt like my body was functioning properly. I went with Dr. Simon and she listened to me and how I was feeling. Since seeing Dr. Simon I now have energy, Ive lost weight and my overall health is better then ever. I highly recommend her and her staff.

Dr Simon is exeptionally knowledgable and treats ea of her patients based on their individual signs and symptoms. It is refreshing to not be catagorized as simply "within" or "not within" a "range," despite ones symptoms. New moms are amazing, but at forty I appreciate never feeling second. This place was awful! It was a terrible experience in the office for the first time visit. They were strictly business and not concerned at all with the new patient experience. I would not recommend to anyone ever! There are better places to get treatment. Purely a money making business in my opinion.Dont waste your time here.

Dr. Simon is a straight forward and caring and I loved Heather. I appreciate the fact that they treat the symptoms and worry less about what traditional tests say. I travel over 150 miles to go see them and its worth it to feel understood and truly taken care of. I will continue to recommend them to my friends and family.

My first visit I was bounced around from room to room and felt like I was being pawned off from an assistant to a doctor back to another assistant. I was treated more like a dollar figure than a patient. The staff was unfriendly. One visit was enough for me to know that I will not be returning.

Horrible customer service in their billing dept. They made an error in billing my insurance, once corrected they sent me the final bill and immediately turned me over to collections!
