I figured that all the good reviews meant the staff probably solicited them. On the contrary, they are quite genuine. Dr. Spoon is so down to earth and friendly. Being our first pregnancy we had a ton of questions, he answered them all and made both my husband and me very comfortable and confident in his expertise! His staff is responsive and helpful and they call back when they say they will... that peace of mind goes a long way in uncharted territory.
