I have never written a review for anything, until now. I was in search of a good (and gentle) place to have my yearly exams done since my previous office closed. I was a little reluctant at first because I am very shy so it is hard for me to find a doctor that makes me feel comfortable. When I first walked in, the receptionist was very kind and patient while I was figuring out my insurance and paperwork. Once I was in my room I immediately felt at ease. It was very clean and organized. Lindsey (their PA) was the one who did my exam and she was great! I have to say, I have never felt comfortable while going to these types of appointments, but she was very helpful explaining different birth controls I can use and gave me the run down of all the possible pros and cons. Most of all she made relative conversation with me while I was on the bed to make things less awkward. Like I said; I have never written a review for anything, but I am so happy with this office, I felt it was needed!

I have been seeing Dr. Z for about 3 1/2 years. I went to see her due to infertility. I got pregnant right away due to the medicine that was prescribed. Unfortunately, that first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage. She was very understanding and encouraged us to wait a few months and then give it another shot. In October of 2009 I gave birth to a beautiful, healthy baby boy! I just recently gave birth again to a healthy baby girl. It was an unplanned c-section and Dr. Z was very good about helping me not feel so anxious about it. Shes a great doctor and really makes you feel that important. Her staff is great as well. I am very lucky to have chosen her as my OBGYN. I would recommend her to everyone who is seeking a caring, compassionate doctor.

The actual treatment Ive received at this office has been fine, but the office has some serious dysfunction. I was not notified of bad test results for over 8 months, only finding that I needed more care and procedures performed when I came in on my own accord to get a prescription renewed. The office has, on three occasions, failed to remind me of upcoming appointments. They have no procedure for reporting results of blood work, and act as though I am being odd for requesting a copy to review. Those who wish to be INFORMED of their health, care plan, and results should seek treatment elsewhere.

Dr Zakarian is the most knowledgeable and compassionate OBGYN I have ever had. I just moved here from the DC area and found out we were expecting our first child. I searched everywhere for a doctor and was referred to her by my hairdresser. I would recommend her to anyone I cared about. She took so much time with both me and my husband explaining everything we could expect. Her staff is so professional and friendly and knowledgeable as well. Her office is tasteful and modern. I am so lucky to have found her practice. You can truly tell that she loves what she does.

I highly recommend Dr. Zakarians office to any woman looking to be well cared for, listened to, and encouraged in her health needs. I feel very attended to and valued as a patient by the full staff at Dr. Zakarians office. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped ease concerns I had by giving me solutions that fit my needs and information to help make my decisions. I appreciate how caring they are and highly recommend them to anyone.

Everyone there treated me as a person and actually took the time to get to know me and hear out my concerns. I never once felt rushed or unimportant and that is so vital to building a trusting and loyal relationship between patient and caregiver. I highly recommend going here for any of your obgyn appointments. Guaranteed satisfaction. I was a little skeptical about seeing a PA, but after that visit, I would go and want her to care for me again. :)

This office is not organized, they are gossips (I heard of another patients complaint from the Doctor herself)...they performed a procedure on me which the doctor asked me to remind me why I was there AND they never called with results--they did mail other results in a postcard--??? I am HORRIBLY sad I ever trusted this office with my health.

I had a wonderful experience. Friendly staff and they worked hard to make sure my services were covered under insurance before performing any procedures. I saw the PA Lindsay and she was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I also was assisted by Kaye who was amazing. Wont be going anywhere else.

Dr. Z and her office are the best! She is caring and really takes time to listen to her patients. Shes the BEST OBGYN Ive ever had! Her staff is very friendly and so efficient. There is even a great selection of magazines in her waiting room...although Ive never had a long wait!

I have been with Dr.Z for over 10 Years now. Amazing doctor and awesome bedside manners. My 3 children were all delivered by her. Lindsay is awesome as well.
