Went here once, Dr. Pita was very nice and knowledgeable however his staff was the absolute opposite. Before the appointment I called ahead to make sure they took my insurance (mind you I found them on the insurances website) they assured me they did and when I get there they gave me the most ridiculous fee schedule telling me that if I used my insurance I would end up paying more out of pocket, I said ok contacted my HR team and the staff at Gateway were so off. So in the next few days I went back to clarify with my fee schedule in hand, the lady I dealt with Solymar was sooo horrible. She said that the prices she gave me were correct I didnt believe her because I had my fee schedule that my HR team provided so I told her to have the office manager call me. So a couple hours later she calls me back (Solymar) and tells me they dont accept my insurance because they didnt want to pay (I dont even think this is something she should have shared with me, I dont believe it is the clients business). So in conclusion, the receptionist is a joy to speak to but the staff that deals with insurance and payments (Solymar) horrible. Needless to say I wont be going back or recommending this place to anyone.

The doctors at Gateway Dental are nothing short of the most amazing and caring dentists to ever practice. I have had the pleasure of being treated at their practice for years and I actually look forward to going there ! Theyre friendly, humorous and very importantly humble. Ive had two implants installed about 3 years ago and they look and feel like my own, everyone I recommend them to always thanks me for the introduction. The staff makes you feel like family and theyre very sweet & kind. I have never waited longer than 5 to 10 minutes to be seen and last year even got a crown made the same day so I avoided a return visit... Take my advice, go see them and youll wonder why you havent gone there before.

Dr. Reynaldo Pita is the best!!! Very kind, professional and knowledgeable! I love the staff here too! Very kind and they helped us plan out the finances. So my boyfriend had a very bad toothache, he wasnt able to sleep the night before, so in the morning I called the office and they were able to see him! He was in so much pain. The doctor did an extraction because the tooth had already become rotten. And now my boyfriend feels great and we will definitely be coming back to do our dental work here. They accept Cigna insurance and we only had to pay a small amount. Definitely worth it! GATEWAY DENTAL IS THE BEST! THANK YOU!!

I was going to be a new patient, however I waited for an hour in the reception area. When I went in for my cleaning they only did an exam. The dentist told me I needed a deep cleaning that was going to be $400 above what my insurance covers. The regular cleaning is FREE. I declined and told them I only wanted a regular cleaning that was covered under my insurance, the dentist declined to give me a cleaning. I could not believe it. So in my opion this dentist is only interested in providing expense procedures. And doesnt care about his "patient" wants.

Always a pleasant experience at Gateway, from start to finish. Front desk is extremely friendly and professional, the assistants make you feel comfortable and at ease even during the scariest procedures, the hygenists leave your teeth feeling brand new, and the doctors are one of a kind. Very professional, but they treat you like family. The ideal dental experience, no doubt!

I had a terrible experience with them. I was told I paid in full, and then I was charged more in each visit about the same procedure. Unfortunately, each time was a different person and had no clue what was going on and was very confused. And when I requested for them to call me once they figure it out. I have not received any contact from them in 1 month.

How can I describe other than Randy makes going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. Doubt many would describe a trip to the dentists office that way. He is always completely dedicated to making you comfortable and he always goes the extra mile to do everything he can to keep your teeth healthy and beautiful.

The worst service ever. Very disorganized staff. One person tells you something and you call back and they tell you another story. We been waiting since June 2017 for a response for a dental surgery.I called today and now they telling me that it was never sent . That today they sent the insurance the request.
