Today, I have my routine cleaning at this Dental Health Center. Magda (my Hygienist) is a very professional lady with insightful manner. I watched her staying focus even though other staff members were coming in and out asking her for information while working in my mouth. She did her best by staying focus and answered every one of them in English even though they spoke to her in Spanish. I do complimented her for that and give her a 5 stars.. I think staff should showed more professionalism and courteous for the client sitting in the chair and try not to talk to another staff who is busy working on a client. I also think that the center should make available a Manager or a Supervisor to assist with whatever help needed by other staff and answered any questions to avoid any disturbance for the staff who already have a client. ( My opinions) . On a positive note, you will see the same behavioral patterns in most of other offices, therefore, this Dental Health Center is not the only one with Staff going talking to the Doctors or the Hygienist while they have a client. I need to mention that, because it had happened in many occasions, even while I was having surgery in my mouth. My comments are not to have anyone upset with me but better yet to improve the behavior of some staffs. Magda, my hygienist makes me feel comfortable, relaxed and my anxiety always fade away as soon as she numb my gum ( due to my sensitive teeth). She always focusing on making me having less pain possible and my visit pleasant. I love my Hygienist for her professionalism and her samples of : brushes, dental floss and my right tooth paste (Sensodyne) I would recommend Magda highly to someone who want to have a good professional and painless tooth cleaning. Some of the front desk staff are very friendly, don t needs to mentioned any name for you are already know who you are. THANKS for always texting me to remind me of my appointment. THANKS for calling in my meds, scheduling my next appt and THANKS for always welcome me in your center. I did the review because it was long overdue. I have been going to that center for more than 5 years and I think its time that I showed my appreciation to whom it may concern. I "am not a family related to anyone at that clinic. Iam simply a happy client

I showed up on a stormy afternoon, twenty minutes late for my appointment. The lobby was full and the young ladies behind the counter were each engaged their own brand of multi-tasking. I had been in this situation before and settled in for a long wait, accompanied by the arduous task of paperwork and listening for my name. Instead, the very competent staff got me into the system and into the queue quite painlessly. After an acceptable delay, due to my own tardiness, I was ushered through the pristine halls. The appropriately lit facility was spotless. The decor and attention to detail both relaxed and reassured me. Next, I found myself sequestered in a state-of-the-art exam room. Within moments, x-rays and photos of my problem areas were displayed on the LCD computer screen. Dr, Erros professional and insightful manner was just what I was looking for in a dentist. Every member of the staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. They are each bi-lingual, and though I am not, I understand that it can be quite useful in Miami Lakes. I wish I could say the work I had done was as painless as the rest of my visit, but they did do their best to make me as comfortable as possible. I really appreciated how they let me take things at my own pace. Without going into too many details, my procedure was expensive, even after my insurance. The two blonde bombshells who handle the accounts were very accommodating. They set me up with interest free financing and scheduled the other visits I needed to complete the work. I have received two follow-up phone calls after my procedure. Just to be sure that I wasnt experiencing any pain or discomfort. They have an excellent safety net in place to guarantee no one falls through the cracks. If you are looking for a better dentists office, youve found it. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment.

Honestly.. Most of these reviews seem scripted. Mine probably wont even end up at the top because its sincere. I did not like it... The orthodontist is arrogant, the staff however (the ladies on the front desk) are lovely. Roxanna however, is not.. One of the issues that I had with Dominguez (the orthodontist) is his irresponsibility. I never missed one appointment, (mind you whenever an appointment is missed theres a fee that has to be paid) he said I missed one. And I had to pay out of my pocket, he also failed to show me on the file WHAT exact day it was that I missed. But I let it slide; bygones. I had braces on for 2 years and a half, and the results were horrible. Very slow work ethic, no hellos hows your day (not that I need to be babied) but I just did not feel comfortable throughout the experience. The braces were supposed to come off at a year, he said. And I get it he isnt psychic, but thats a bit wayyyy off... And my teeth didnt look much different than they did prior to the braces. So I made the decision to take them off. The ambience changed. The day I went to take them off they wouldnt even look at me. The dentist didnt even speak to me, and his assistant was very rude. After he removed the braces he gave me a mirror because I had residue on my face from the paste, I didnt see it so I ask where and his response was "you have a mirror in your hand. Look for it" his tone sent shivers to my spine... It was an awful experience. And although this probably wont even make it to the top, please dont waste your money if you do see this review. $7,000 on braces, absolute waste. Best regards!

I have been a customer for many years. I love the way that I have never had to wait more than a few minutes after my appointment time. I also like the way that Dr. Cabrera treats me and explains what he recommends, answers my questions, etc. I have gone through several hyginists in teh years that I have used the center and all of them have been very good. The only area that I am a little disappointed is the billing department. One never knows for sure what the insurance will or will not pay therefore I wait until the transaction with the isurance settles down. But if I do not pay the first tiome I get a bill (and the insurance has not yet told me what they will pay), in the last couple of years they have gotten into sending a nasty note threatening to send the bill to a collection agency. A corteous reminder would be all that is needed particularly since I have never not paid a bill at the Center oir anywhere else. I find it offensive and discorteous. I wish I could do without the billing department because the rest of the practice I love. The rest is certainly a 5 star operation.

The office manager straight-up LIED to my face to get me to agree to services that I did not need. They will give you a quote of all the things you "need" and quickly get you approved for a credit card so that they get as much money as they can from you. How was I approved for a credit card when I was a student working a part-time job? When I went in to have my crown fitted it was too big and they blamed me and told me it was because I bit down incorrectly. When I went back, the crown was STILL too big and Dr. Alina Castellanos just filed something down which led to a poor fit and discomfort for years. I returned for a check up and informed her about how food kept getting stuck inside the crown and she gave me attitude and asked me why I waited so long to tell her and simply recommended some flossing sticks, when, in fact, my issue was far more serious and directly caused by her poor treatment. Three years have passed and I have to get the same tooth fixed again because of the botched job that was performed. $2500+ down the drain. Avoid this place at all costs.
