My daughter went to this dentist office, and had the worst experience ever. The treatment plan coordinator is very rude, nasty attitude. They tried to convince her to have procedures done that she DOES NOT need. They applied for Care Credit and charged the TOTAL amount WITHOUT having any work done. The same day, my daughter called to cancel the procedures and received again the worst customer experience. They were very rude and evasive, they even told her she had to come during managers hours. The following day when we went to speak to the treatment plan coordinator she told us we shouldve gone to another office! Finally when we got to speak to the office manager, he was very rude and making it seem like if I didnt have the right to help my 19 year old daughter. We even spoke to the Dr. Alexandra, who wanted to charge me 25% of the procedures just for wanting to cancel them. It was such a problem just to get our refund! BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!! Please be aware of going to this doctors office. They will recommend procedures that you DO NOT need. VERY EXPENSIVE procedures compared to other offices. They recommended for my 19 year old daughter to have a deep cleaning of her teeth. That procedure is for someone who really needs it, not her seeing as this could cause permanent damage.

I am a dentist who works and resides in Venezuela. I believe we have a very good Education and graduate with very high standards. Nevertheless, I came to this office for my regular check -up and the laymans terms used by the Doctor, Assistant, and Hygienist to explain all the conditions in my mouth were amazing. The technology used to diagnose me including digital radiographs, intraoral pictures, and informative videos transformed, a very difficult explanation into very easy to understand for any academic levels. I highly recommend them. It is very hard to find a dental practice that takes the time to make sure that the patient is clear about their oral health. I wish as a dentist that this personalized protocol of tanking the time to properly educate patients, becomes the norm so the patients understand the importance of having optimal oral health as a crucial step towards having a healthy life as well.

A friend recommended me to this dentist and I loved the service the first visit. They really took the time to talk and educate you on the health of your teeth and on preventive measures to take. They took me in right away and Dentist was extremely friendly and explained everything in a way I could actually understand and non of the Ph.D land talk. I already scheduled my appointment for cleaning and will be going back for my fillings. 10/17/13. Got my fillings done. Going for the 2nd time to get them fixed since my bite hurts still. I was overcharged the first time and had to speak to them to get my refund of over $100. They keep pushing invisialign every time I go. They are very friendly but 3 stars for me overall. I dislike feeling being pressured to buy something I am not fully sure about.

My entire family comes to this dentist office. I have several friends that come here as well. The Hygienist is gentile, Friendly and has a steady hand. The dentist/doctor explains every process. The staff has welcomed my brothers, my children and parents along with my spouse. We are treated as the staffs family each and every time we come in for our appointments. Our family age ranges from 6- 64. We have come here since 2009 with Dr. Gherbali and when same location when previous owned by a Dr Fernandez. This staff is amazing. Central location. VERY CLEAN. I can go on and on with positives. I havent found a negative. THIS FAMILY LOVES THIS PLACE.

. I was there for my wisdom tooth extraction. The oral Surgeon was great if not perfect,pette. The process was nearly painless. The staff was nice and one held my hand during the shot for the numbing. The doctor was patient and informative. Their is always a long wait time maybe an hour or longer.my extraction wait time was about two hours and 15mins. There is no diversity only Hispanic staff. I went back two days later because a small sharp bone was cutting into my cheek in the area of the extraction. They tired to give me a hard time to correct it because of course they attempted to make me wait after I was advised to come in at a certain time.

I LOVE MY DENTIST, DR. GHERBALDI! Suffice it to say that my friends think Im crazy when I tell them I go relax at my dentists! Dr. G. has an excellent chairside manner, always attentive to her patients comfort, conducting any dental work in a gentle and professional manner (I almost fell asleep during a root canal). Her facility is state-of-the-art, as are her techniques and approach to dental care and hygiene. Her staff is always friendly, courteous, and wait times are kept to a minimal. All I can say is, I pray she never leaves the area because shes the only dentist Itrust with my teeth.

All Dental Group is the best dental office I have been to! The staff is absolutely wonderful and treats you like nothing less than family. Ive been with this dental practice for over a year and have received cleanings, a gum graft, and had all four of my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Pette, who performed the surgeries for my wisdom teeth extraction and gum graft, was excellent during the procedure and was extremely responsive during the post-op time. I highly recommend ADG!

I been going to this dentist for a few years now and they have always acted with care, respect and professionalism. They always greet you with a smile and they make you feel comfortable while they explain in details all your questions. One of the most important things for me is timing and in this office when they give you an appointment rest assure that the time of the appointment is the time you will be treated, if anything one only has to wait a few minutes.

Dr. Gherbali and our hygienist Yami are top notch! Weve been patients for many years. We moved to Sarasota last year but we still return to Miami for our dental appointments because we get the most professional dental evaluation and cleanings. Even after trying other dentists we have come back because they are the best. They are honest, clean and affordable. Dont hesitate to give them a try, your smiles will improve. We get compliments all the time.
