My experience today was truly second to none. I have been to many dentist before and have never met a team as nice, caring, charming and accomodating like those at plantation dental service. The manager Ms Ann-Marie was very polite and helpful in organizating my same day appointmnt with the dentist today - Thank you. Julie and Mayte was also very kind, helpful, accomadating and instrumental in making my day a sucess. They kept me informed every step of the way - Thank you. Dr Comora and Julisssa made me feel very relaxed in his spa like office - Excellent dentist whose main priority is making sure his patients are comfortable while getting the best treatment. Very, very kind in making room for me at the end of his busy schedule ..... appreciated 100%. (also, managed to get a hug from Dr Comora at the of treatment ) - Thank you. Bernice at checkout was very extremely pleasant and kind. Would highly recommend this dental practice to family and friends alike. **** Plantation Dental Service - You Rock !!! ****

They dont serve kids (one phone rep said no kids under 16, another said no kids under 14 -- not sure what the real story is). And unless youre a parent where they can get a kickback appointment, they wont refer your child for dental services, either. I found them on the list provided by my insurance company, so I called to make an appointment for my son and was told they dont serve kids here, but I should call Main Street instead. I called Main Street and was told I could make an appointment, but I would need to contact PDS for a referral if I wanted my insurance to cover it. I called PDS back to get the referral and was told that unless I made an appointment for myself to get a dental treatment from them, they would not make a referral for my child to get treatment from Main Street. I even explained that I dont need dental services right now, but my son does. They wouldnt budge. Why would I make (and pay for) a service that I dont need just so that I can get dental care for my child from another provider? Kickback scam!

Great office team. I am an extremely cautious person when it comes to agreeing to any type of treatment. The staff at this office is very patient with their patients and take the time to make sure that all treatments are understood by me the patient. Dr. Suarez is an excellent dentist and so far and thank God I have not required any major treatment, however my cleaning went nicely and ( I do not like cleanings) but my hygienist was gentle and an unpleasant experience was actually a pleasant one. Everyone says hello while walking around if they see you so for me I will continue to go to my favorite dentist and Dental office: Plantation Dental . Thank You again .

I was very disappointed with the service. I had to wait a long time the first visit. Second visit they could not find my x rays and I needed them for a consultation with specialist. Customer service is bad. Third visit I waited again, very frustrating!!! When I left my last appointment in April I was told they would call me back to schedule my needed surgery - they never called me back and now it is July!!! Discrepancies over discount policy - was told I would get 10 % discount if I paid total amount, but was not given to discount, they found a way around it. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

Great staff. Dr. Suarez is wonderful. Her assistant has hands of gold! Marite is the best hygienist ever. They are always timely, professional, friendly, well-educated, informative and loving. You leave feeling good about your dental health no matter what the status is. I have never enjoyed going to the dentist as much as I have with this team. Thank you for caring so much about your patients. This is coming from someone who has hated the dentist because the ones I had as a child made you feel so bad about your teeth. Continue the great work you do!

I recently underwent a procedure with Dr. Patel. He was very gentle and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He answered all my questions about the procedure and proved to be very knowledgeable and experienced in his field. I am now healing from the procedure and its healing very nicely. Very minimal pain. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an oral surgeon. Hes amazing! And of course, I cant leave out Dr. Suarez. I definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a dentist. She is absolutely exceptional.

Ive always had a great experience here. Dental work is expensive theres no getting around that. This office will work with you, and their costs are about middle of the road, a lot cheaper than most places, but a little more expensive than other places. Dr S is awesome. I had an emergency and she squeezed me real fast to see what was going on. She set me up with what I needed until I could get my tooth taken care of.

Amazing staff here! They bend over backwards to help out in any way with insurance questions and scheduling. Millie in the front office spent 40 minutes on hold with my doctor today to help me out and then was able to schedule me to come in as soon as she received a cancellation the same day. I went in for a deep cleaning and Jessica was absolutely amazing! Such a kind and honest group here.

Great clean office friendly staff!! Always runs on time , never had to wait longer than 10-15 mins . All the Hygenist are very knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone works together as a team . Dr. Suarez is great. Im glad I made the switch ! This office is more up to date, and is advanced in dental care ! We only get one set of teeth ! So we better take care of them :-)

Dr.Suarez is the best dental professional in Broward County, and her supporting staff is wonderful, friendly and caring...but, the management lack of professionalism is upseting...during the last few years that I and my family attend this office the service was fantastic, but since change of managment happened, is becoming very difficult to keep our good rating.

The absolute best Dental practice..EVER! I always look forward to my visits at Plantation Dental. Everyone there is phenomenal!!. Dr. Suarez and Marte are both in a word "Awesome".
