Made me drive there from Hillsboro, scheduled for afternoon, dump receptionist calls back with, you need to come in earlier, running late cause I had to change all my work plans and miss school, finally arrived I get the your are late, due to traffic coming from Hillsboro and I cannot stress that enough. The Dr. Cannot see you for your examination, I not there for an examination, Im there for a root canal procedure, well you can come back in the afternoon, seriously, they could have left me with my original scheduled time, my ride was gone. waste of time, rude and incompetent staff, yes you ,Dr. Kaplan, told me he miss his lunch because of me, well guy I miss a day of work cause of you, and believe me I need my work day more than you need your lunch. Never will recommend this people, well only to my enemies.

The doctors are great here, however had issues with the checkout representatives who dont know how to explain you well and give you attitude when u express that uve been there before.they act like they hate their jobs. Hire some real medical professionals that stop trying to be condescending when u ask a question or state that uve been there with records proof. Someone said theyd call me, to check, and one of the girls kept trying to instigate and make the situation worse.

Dont EVER Go To This Dental Office. They Did A Surgery For My Sister Wisdom Tooth And She Came Out Cry And Blood All On Her... She Told Me Her Experience Was Worst Than Horrible... PLEASE DONT GO HERE !!!
