Terrible experience. The orthodontist is a short. blonde woman who treated me terribly and with no respect. I was a customer who paid my bill in full and she treated me like garbage. One time, I was in tears at how disrespectful she was towards me. She talked about me to a staff member like I wasnt even there. I have never been treated so horribly in a dental office. I will never go here again nor will I refer anyone to this place. She always brags to the staff in front of customers about how her husband is going to law school. Thats great lady, but how about giving your clients some customer service? That should come first! People who do not know how to treat others should not be in the customer service business! People like this do not need to deal with the public, they should have a job where they work alone! Oh and my braces are off but I am still walking around with glue/cement on my teeth which they did not clean off properly after removing my braces. Now I have to go pay to get a dental cleaning to get the cement off of my teeth. Wow...and $6,000 grand for this type of service ? Never again.

Ive been going to this dentist for about 2 years,only to find out they charge more than what your insurance cover. I was given the impression that my coverage was one thing, and I was paying more. They add hidden charges without giving patients the appropriate break down as to how much is covered under your insurance. When I spoke the billing code lady she was "surprise" to see that I was given the appropriate information. I was offended to know I was being mislead into thinking I was paying what I should (which is the difference from my dental care) instead they charge for other services that patients are not aware. BEWARE OF WHAT IS COVERAGE AND WHAT IS NOT, BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT INFORM YOU OF THIS INFORMATION.

Dont even deserve 1 star. Run away!!! so unprofessional and disrespectful. It is so sad the doctors and dental assistants are so nice but the staff in the front desk is disgusting. Never answer the phone, cant not give you explanations about simple question you ask. They hang off the phone on you all the time and keep transferring multiple times. Never seen so many incompetent people together working in a medical office.

WHY ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS LIKE I DONT UNDERSTAND?! Theyre garbage like all of them lol this place is VERY unprofessional. Dont go here like stay away from this place as if it were ebola! I called with a question about my appointment and the lady over the phone was giving me short sassy responses. They wont see me or my cash there ever again lol. They deserve zero stars??

They are very very unprofessional and not pleasant at all! Their concern is collecting $ dam how u treat the customers. Theyre SLOW and always a LONG wait. They dont answer the phones had to call another office tob address and concern which the contacted my office (Miami Gardens) Im still awaiting a call......ha ha but soon as I walked in oh your payment didnt go thru.
