Like many have said, if I could Id give ZERO stars! Words cannot explain how much I regret not leaving this office after everything that they put my son through. Being a first time parent and not knowing any better is what kept me here for far too long. Now I know better. This office is HORRIBLE! No one is excluded from this. From Reception to Drs. This is the most unprofessional office I have ever been to! From rescheduling my apt 3xs without my consent to later being told that the reason it was rescheduled was due to apparently a predetermined "emergency" as the apt they were rescheduling was not for that day, but for a week later. Not sure what they consider an emergencies, but for as long as Ive lived emergencies are unexpected and not scheduled in advance. They decide to lie due to their incompetence at their job. I guess you really shouldnt expect them to know how to lie either! The Drs are rude! The person that does the xrays pushes the xrays on you although you have made it clear you do not want them! The office manager.. WOW! Is unprofessional the only word to describe someone that knows there is a parent waiting to speak to her, takes her time doing w.e it is that she is doing. Comes out of her office and says nothing, but walked past me out the front door! I ask the receptionist if that was the office manager and she did not know how to lie at the moment and said yes. I asked if she was coming back and said yes that someone was waiting on her to notarize paperwork, she would be right back. Oh, she came right back alright. Strolled back in 15 min later with a bag of food and reeking of cigarettes! And yet I still had to wait for her to want to come back out! I can sit here all day and complain about this office! They deserve to lose all their patients due to their horrible attitudes! Never again will I make this mistake again! As a mother I feel horrible that I stuck around for so long and did not seek a second opinion before letting them go to such extremes!

If I could give no stars I would , I waited 3 weeks for an appointment, my insurance company recommended them, never again will I not visit the office before I send my child to a Dr of any kind, I arrived 15 minutes early to wait 45 minutes before filling out any paperwork and then was called 1 hr 30 minutes to wait in another room and sign another consent form to wait another 25 minutes for an x ray while being told to wait in another room so now 3 rooms we switched before I saw anyone and the woman only took 1/2 the x-rays and said my daughter refused to take the rest! not true! then we got the cleaning and visited the dentist she has a suspected cavity ,which I knew about but could not be confirmed because they didnt take an xray for the tooth and I was told to reschedule they would give me a script for a SEDATIVE and a metal cap would be used over the cavity, why do they need to sedate my daughter when she was fine with the whole procedure, and secondly if there was no x ray why a cap??? no further explanation when I asked about a white filling he told me they only use metal caps, If I want white I would have to go to someone else ,so I am !! soooooo uncaring and my daughter missed her whole day of preschool, total waste of time!!! No recommendation from me!

Went in the first time with my two kids and the felt very uncomfortable the entire time. The staff is very unprofessional. One of the assistants asked me "are you pregnant AGAIN?!"...no lady, just a medical condition on my damn stomach. They tell me my daughter has a cavity and needs to come back to get it taked care of. When I go to schedule the appointment they tell me the next one available is in FEBRUARY!!!! EIGHT MONTHS FROM NOW! Thankfully she is covered under her dads insurance so I found a way better dentist office for her. Unfortunately, my son is not yet covered on his dads insurance so I had to take him back to this place for a tooth extraction. The whole time I was almost in tears feeling so horrible for my baby and the nurse kept asking over and over why did I let this happen to him. Im already feeling guilty and she made me feel even worse. Oh and they forced X rays on him again cause they couldnt find the ones they did last time. I told the woman I do not like to expose him to x rays so much and she said they needed them cause there was nothing on the system. I dont think Ill be taking him back to this place.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! First, you will wait around for hours because this office heavily overbooks. Dr. Castro has no bedside manner, whether due to lack of time or an almost inhuman lack of concern for patients. (Check the article on the wall in Consultation Room 1 where he practically brags about how overbooked he is.) He left our 3 year old girl tied in complete body restraints, screaming in terror, needlessly for an additional 30 minutes because it was more convenient for him than letting us know we could just hold her while waiting for the Novocaine to kick in. I could see him hanging out in a chair outside behind the office while a building full of families waited. I suspect the extractions my daughter had were a result of his rushed lack of time than any medical reason. He then walked out without giving any further instructions. Everyone in this office seemed fully aware of how great my insurance is, and completely unconcerned with my childs well being.

This is the absolute worst dentist and office staff that Ive ever been to. Besides the at least 3 hour wait, they have an answering service answer the phone and when you actually get through to someone in the office, they hang up on you. Anna in the office swore she never spoke to me, I spoke to her at least 4 times and then she said she didnt hang up on me. They said my son was scheduled for sealants (which they push those on every one)when he was scheduled for a filling. I actually had to go to the office to cancel an appointment. I spoke to Charlene the office manager and shes the only one in the entire office (including the Drs) that has any kind of common sense. If I could give this place 0 stars, it would be more appropriate. Horrible, horrible, and even more horrible. The only reason why this place runs is because it is one of the few dentist in Broward Co that takes Medicaid.

I had the worst experience here! First of all we had our apt at 2 oclock, after 35 mins I ask the receptionist how much longer it will be and she said I have one patient before me. Few patients goes in and now its 2:50 we get our xrays done, we wait the the waiting room, now 3:20 and still not called. The xray tech was super rude, tells us to wait for a cleaning so we waited at the hallway and she rudely said "you cannot wait here, go back to the waiting room!" Mind you she never directed us where to wait. So finally after an hour and a half, with NO CLEANING, I went up to the front desk and said Im leaving! Seriously dont take so many patients in if you guys cannot handle it! And if you cannot work with kids then find another job! NEVER EVER COMING BACK!
