I went to Dr Grants upon moving to Pembroke Pines, Florida because I saw his ad in the local flyer. The dental experience with Dr Grant was great, however the wait was not. I had an appointment and end up being seen after an hour of sitting. I understand that things happen but geez. To top it off, I was then billed for charges that my insurance should have covered yet when I called, I was basically told they did what they were supposed to do and I had to either pay or be sent to collections because I was threatening them. Well the threat was that they would not be getting money directly from me at all as my insurance covers preventative care at 100% as long as the claims were being submitted correctly. The office manager is not personable and very confrontational and combative. Her comment to me was "you sound like you are intelligent" so you should understand.... Well, well well, how rude of you to even say something like that to a customer/patient. The bottom line is I will do the office managers work and research to see why they were paid incorrectly and if this is the same issue that was done to me previously, which was the office manager submitting claim wrong and not giving the appropriate discount as a preferred provider, then I will definitely let ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY KNOW SO THEY WILL NOT GO TO THAT DENTIST OFFICE. This was one of the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE RECEIVED IN A LONG TIME. The blatant disrespect was unbelievable! -Signed a never again patient!

Dr. Grant is the BEST dentist in the Miramar area!!!! The new office is absolutely stunning. The practice is equipped with start of the art dental technologies and the staff is very friendly. The Office Manager Natalie is very professional and was very proactive in assisting me in understanding my dental insurance benefits. She is very detail oriented and ensured that I was clear on the phases of my dental treatment plan. Natalie assisted me with in-house financing and needless to say, I am on my way to achieving the picture perfect smile Ive always dreamed of. I recommend Dr. Grant and his staff to all of my friends and family.

Went for a cleaning, I have not been to the new office since the move. I love the new office. There was a new hyginest in the office also, very pleasant. Dr. Grant as always makes me feel very comfortable for my checkup. I dont like going to the dentist, but he is always patient with me. We are quick to share negative experiences, but never the positive ones. So I would like to say "thank you to all at the office of Dr. Grant and for making my visit comfortable".

I was late for my appt. and was worried that I might not see the Dentist. However I was greeted with a big assuring smile not to worry we will take care of you shortly which they did. The treatment and care was awesome. The fact that they help me to be more comfortable with a blanket was exceptional. I love the second blanket much warmer. THANKS GUYS GREAT JOB.

I called the day before and made an appointment I called to make sure my appointment was still ok the receptionist lie and told me she called when she didnt and said oh my vm was full then I had someone else call and they said oh we left a vm on phone that doctor wont be in they play to many game especially if your in pain.
