This dental office has one of the most unprofessional customer service staff. A lady at the front desk name Kim is the most disrespectful lady Ive dealt with in a long time. After taking off work to make my appointment time, I called to make sure I have the right address. That is when Kim answered the phone to tell me that the doctor wasnt there and she had called and leave a msg. I was really aggravated because I knew I didnt have a miss call or a msg. After getting off the phone I check my phone to reassure that I wasnt losing it. I called back and ask what day because I didnt have a missed call she told me "instead sitting on the phone arguing I could of gotten my x-Ray and come back another day to finish my appointment". I immediately got upset and told her thats not the way to talk to a future patient and before I could finish she hung the phone up. I was so upset I actually drive to my appointment and tell her exactly how I feel about her customer service and that she was a disease to the busy. I have yet to receive an apology so I most definitely will be taking my business to people that respect their clients.
