Patients beware!! I went into this office because I had a filling come loose that was previously filled 13 years prior. The visit went OK except for the fact that she 1st recommended that I should get Invisalign, which I did not even show any concerns about the cosmetic portion of my teeth(I am almost 30 years old, my 2 ever so SLIGHTLY crooked teeth are of NO concern to me!!) and I was not completely numb and about halfway into the filling I felt pain and apparently was not given the proper amount of Novocain. After another shot, she finished the job. 8 months down the road I started to feel pain in the same tooth and went in to solve the problem. This is where the real trouble begins. Dr.Gohill attempts to explain that since I am grinding at night that this is why my filling came loose and wants to charge me an additional $230 to do the filling again on top of the $250 I already paid to have her do it the first time!! I am in utter disbelief- my previous filling in the same tooth lasted me 13 years, its hard to believe that my grinding would cause it to come loose in only 8 months. Not to mention that I brought my daughter with me to my visit(she is 8 years old by the way), and Dr.Gohill takes one look at her and says to me "you know she is going to need Ortho right?". Are you freaking KIDDING ME? For one thing, I didnt ask her about my daughters teeth, I was there for my problem. And for another thing, my daughter is only 8 years old and has only received 8 of her adult teeth so far- give me a break lady!! The only good part to this story is that I ended up going to another dentist to get a second opinion. Their explanation is that the filling was not properly bonded, so over time it just became looser and looser until it finally gave way. So thank the lord that I actually found another dentist to whom I feel completely trustworthy of and did a great job!! PS, made no mention of ANY cosmetic problems and actually had positive comments on how clean my teeth were!! So potential patients BEWARE!! Dr.Gohill is completely out to get as much money out of you as she possibly can, and even worse than that, she doesnt back her work when she makes a mistake!!

I had severe pain on one of my teeth and I called in to schedule an appointment. Their first question was what insurance I have instead of saying " Come on over we will help you out !". Depending on the kind of insurance that I had was when the doctor was able to see me. Number one focus for them is $ and then helping patients out which are just numbers for them. I was seen on a Friday afternoon and they took x rays. The doctor has seen nothing wrong on the x rays and told me not to take any medicine until Monday when I would be seen again. On monday I showed up after a horror weekend of pain just to find out that I have to take antibiotocs because I am infected and they can not do anything before the infection is healed. So I started taking antibiotics and I came back a week later when the infection has healed. When I showed up, they have started the root canal (that`s what I was told). The root canal "specialist" worked for 10 minutes and told me that when the balance will pe paid off I will be seen for the next appointment so they can finish the job. That was a Tuesday. On Friday, before I paid off the remaining balance of $550, I have asked them if I pay off the balance in full, will I be seen sometime next week? They said YES. So I went ahead and I paid the $550. I got a call back on Monday letting me know that the root canal "specialist" will not be in the office until May 3rd. Meanwhile I was taking antibiotics. So because it was NOT profitable enough for them to get the root canal "specialist" in, they left me hanging on atibiotics for another month just so they can turn a bigger profit. I chose to get my tooth fixed sooner and not kill my stomach with antibiotics for 2 months just so they can make more money and I asked them for a refund for the work that they have not performed yet. The refund amount was $246 out of the $600 that I have paid them cash. Garbage service... they should run a kyte and not a business.

When I chipped my front tooth eating a cherry, I decided it was time to re-do my front veneers. At the time, I had a regular dentist I saw through my insurance but I never felt comfortable with them. It was a large corporate chain (not going to mention their name) that always seemed like they were more about the money rather than the customers needs and experience. Searching for a good cosmetic dentist, I came across Dr. Gohill. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and was very helpful with answering all my questions during our innitial consultation which made me feel really comfortable so I decided to do all my cosmetic work by her. The outcome was couldnt of been better. When it comes to my teeth I am very particular and she understood my needs very well, unlike my old dentist. What made her standout most was her personable approach. She was extremely caring and did everything in her power to meet all my expectations and she did. My smile looks great!!! I cannot count how many compliments I have gotten. Bottom line, the staff is super friendly, Dr. Gohill is a master of her craft, and I recommend her to all my friends and family who ask me if I know a great dentist. Dr. Gohills office is officially my new home for all my dental needs.

I cracked my tooth and needed to have it repaired immediately as I was going on vacation out of the country. As I didnt have a dentist (nor have I gone to one in many years due to a very bad experience) I needed to find someone right away to repair my tooth. All I can say is that I am so happy to have found Dr. Juliana Gohill at Plantation Dental Care. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt comfortable and welcome and treated, not like a patient, but like a friend. Everyone in the office really cared about making sure that I had the best and most comfortable experience that I could have while at a dental office. After my tooth was repaired, I received a call the very next morning to see how I was feeling and to make sure I felt comfortable Since then, Ive gone back for additional dental work that I needed including cleanings, x-rays and fillings and each and every time, I receive a call the next day just to see how I am doing. If anyone asked me if I knew of a good dentist, I would tell them that I know of a "great" dentist and refer them immediately to Dr. Gohills office.

I have been a customer at Dr. GoHill Dental office for some time; as I was referred by my orthodontist. First and for most I must say I love the cleanliness of the office, the staffs are always warm and welcoming. Its not many place Ive been over the years where Im treated not as a customer but a member of the family. I suffered a loss in the family earlier this year and to my surprise I received a beautiful card from the office staff who offered there condolences along with a follow up called. A simple gesture meaning the world to me. I must also add that Dr.GoHill is very accommodating and all services rendered were well done and repeat follow up to ensure my wellbeing . I would strongly recommend anyone to take the time out to visit Dr.Gohill Dental Office; as the customer service is superb. I can say I am a happy customer and will continue services with Dr. GoHill in Plantation.
