My first experience with Dr. Ripa was wonderful. I was recommended to him by several different friends and family members who have already had very satisfying experiences with him. I had Invisalign when I was a teenager for 2 years. Unfortunately I did not take it seriously enough at the time. At the end of my Invisalign treatment, I was disappointed with the results however only had myself to blame. I had then entered a stage where I no longer felt confident in my smile and thought that was the end of it. However, when Dr. Ripa was brought to my attention and I had consulted with him, he automatically boosted my confidence within days. He immediately started procedures to renew my Invisalign and get my teeth perfect. Not only did he give me hope in having the smile I always wanted but he also expanded my knowledge in the dental field so I would be more aware of my actions in regards to taking care of my treatment this time around. His staff was also very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ripa to everyone especially those who have lost confidence in their smiles. Trust me, Ive been there and Dr. Ripas advance dental care truly changed my perspective of the whole field. Thank you Dr. Ripa and staff for being so great to me and changing my world! I appreciate it tremendously!!

I had s dental issue that had been going on for awhile... I called on off hours. I was called first thing when they got to the office. I told them of my issue. Tina on the phone was kind to listened. She knew I needed to get in right away. She fit me in the same day! They were great from the moment I arrived at the office. Which by the way was calming, clean, and comfortable too! Dr. Ripa had Vicky do X-rays, and then he came in with the diagnosis. Ugh! But he had a plan, and put it into action immediately! Brittany assisted me with a deep cleaning and it was The best and most thorough Ive ever had done! She explained what she was doing along the way which was very helpful. Then Vicky helped again with a special procedure, and made it pain-free! She was awesome too! I definitely believe had I not been at this dental office and somewhere else I wouldve been hysterical with the news! But I wasnt! I help confident, and taken care of! They also called and checked on me too! I called with a question later, and they called back with an answer! I called again today with a question, and they told ne to come in, and they wanted to see how it was going... I did, and Dr. Ripa said "looks great!" I feel so much better already!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST! They are fraud and scam!. My first time visiting this office, they told me that I needed to get a root deap cleaning. They will never discuss the price and breakdown of the service because they know that you mostly wont get it done. After the cleaning, I asked if I have to pay anything. They said no and the insurance will take care of it. A week later, I was stuck with a 1000 dollar bill for getting my teeth cleaned, after insurance coverage. They then changed the service to a dental irrigation and my insurace doesnt cover it.. Who the heck knows what a dental irrigation is??? My question to them is, why would you sale me a service that my insurance doesnt cover? Who the hell would go get there teeth cleaned for 1000 dollars? I do no have that luxury and now this office has screwed up my credit. After asking them to email me a simple reciept for 3 weeks, all they did was lie and beat around the bushes and ignore my request. If an employee by the name of Lauren tries to sale you a service there, run for your life! She must make commision on sales.

Absolutely appalled by my experience at this "dentist." Walked in, receptionist was not friendly and was listening to Spanish music playing LOUDLY on her cell phone. Also put on a strange and creepy kids film 100% in Spanish! All the staff poked their heads out when we walked in, as if to say "WOW! OUR FIRST CLIENT!!!!!" Sent us very strange vibes. Dental assistants and hygienists spoke very poor English and used unsanitary tools. Dentist (not Dr. Ripa) seemed annoyed by our presence and instead of answering questions, finished the free 5 minute consultation and walked out without saying a word. Upon leaving, the receptionist prompted to give us advice, saying that we would be in bad shape if we do not seek their help ASAP and that bone would start to grow if we didnt go through with the extraction. Im pretty sure its 100% unethical for a receptionist to give any type of medical advice. Literally RAN out of the office and called Union Dental on University Drive. A WORLD of difference!

I met the team at Prodent by purchasing a Groupon for a cleaning, x-ray and consultation as it was priced right and a great way to discover a local dentist in my new area. Following my x-rays, the consultation led to a hard sales strategy attempting to sell me on $1600 in procedures and I wont even mention the cost of the suggested braces, followed by their sincere attempts that they dont push these services on clients, merely suggest. Of course I took their opinion into consideration and would need a second professional opinion before agreeing. I asked repeatedly for my basic cleaning as I had already paid, but they were unwilling to provide this service. I have never felt more uncomfortable in such an environment, where trust and customer service is unconditionally necessary. I frequent a Dentist every 6 months with very dissimilar results.

Dr. Ripa is one of the best dentist i have ever met. i love the fact that he actually listens to what i have to say. i have gone to several diffrent dentist and none of them wanted to listen to my concerns. my teeth have been something that has always been a concern for me i had a huge infection and i thought i was going to have to pull my teeth out. after Dr Ripa sat down to go over my treatment options he explained to me that keeping my teeth was his main concern and getting me healthy again. i have never in my entire life actually gone to an office where the Dr or the staff was ever really concerned about me and my health its usually the money they are worried about.. thank you dr ripa for helping me gain my confidence back with my new smile i feel great and you truely are the best.. im so glad to say now i no ponger have an infection

Dr. Ripa is a great orthodontist. He provides high quality service, is very easy to talk to, and also very professional. If you are looking to get a surgical procedure done, I highly recommend him. He removed all four of my daughters wisdom teeth, and I was pretty surprised to see that it only took her three days to recover. Very minimal swelling. He also has very competitive pricing for invisalign braces. I am glad I decided to seek a second opinion before getting my daughters braces from another orthodontist. I can happily say I saved a $1000 for the same service. The staff provide superb customer service. Thank you Zoey for being so patient and accommodating! Thanks to all staff members for always making us feel welcomed. Lastly, the office is so inviting and always smell really good. I love the cleanliness of the office.
