I have to tell you its very difficult to find a good dentist and feel comfortable. I received an excellent vibe from Dr. Durans office. On Thursday, April 30, 2015 I went to Dr. Durans office for teeth cleaning for the 1st time. Let me back track, I was able to obtain a quick appointment for a consultation and teeth cleaning at the same time. Awesome, killed two birds with one stone. When I meet Dr. Duran, she was the most beautiful dentist I ever meet and honestly made feel comfortable. She is honest and thorough. Immediately I felt a great vibe about my new dentist, Yeah. Then I meet the Hygienist Jackie, who gave me the best cleaning ever. Jackie did a fantastic job and was thorough with me as well. Jackie is beautiful and so friendly and honestly cared about her job and showed me a positive attitude about her position. Continue to do the great work Jackie you are the excellent in what you do. I told my husband about you and he cant wait to meet you. Then when I went out I meet Alexis and Melissa, these young girls are super friendly and provided a warm feeling. Honestly they are more than workers, they are girls who care and are super friendly. I never meet girls like these two young ladies. Most Dr.s office in South Florida do not have the quality traits these two girls have. Continue your superb service Alexis and Melissa, you both definitely have great quality customer service and guess what I will definitely continue to go to your office. I love you girls and enjoyed the Dr. Duran and Jackie the Hygienist. Definitely will have your office as my primary dentist. See you next time... Thank you for your warm feeling.

As someone who dreaded the thought of seeing a dentist after having a horrible experience at a young age and having a strong dislike for needles, I ultimately decided it was time to go see one. I looked online and found Dr. Duran through Googles search. The first thing I noticed was every review was a 5 star one. After going in for a consult and learning that Id need work done, I became very nervous and despite not wanting to return, Dr Duran assured me everything would be fine as she addressed my concerns. I booked my cleanings, came in, put on my earbuds so I could listen to my music and let her do her work. She always put my comfort before everything else. Ive now had more work done & Dr Duran is VERY gentle. Even after my fillings were done, I was impressed at how I felt no pain. I never even felt her administer the anesthesia in my mouth. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with their service and how comfortable everyone has made me feel so far. If youre not a fan of going to the dentist, Dr Duran and her staff can definitely help you.

As a person with bad experiences with dentist, I was very skeptical and apprehensive about going to another dentist. I was reffered to Dr Duran by a friend and to be very honest my biggest concern was that my mouth is extremely pain sensitive and I was not looking forward to another painful experience. Upon my first visit with Dr. Duran she addressed all of my concerns and assured me that I would feel no pain during my procedures and would walk me through the process. Although I was still somewhat concerned, I made my appointment and returned a week later for a root canal. Well, I can say that she and her staff have renewed my trust in dentist and I will be returning to her for any and all of my dental needs as well as my wife and friends that I am currently referring to her. Thank You again Dr. Felicia Duran! Thank you again, Alex.

Dr Duran is the most compassionate and patient Dentist I have ever been to. I havent been to the Dentist in 7 years ,out of fear. After enduring alot of dental work with Dr Duran, I am no longer afraid. The staff really make an effort to get to know you personally, and they are very professional. I am , such a baby, and i dont take pain well; but Dr Duran never gets impatient with me - and her work always turns out perfect! No matter how long it takes, how late in the evening were there until, she stays committed to her work, and she does it with a smile on her face. This is the ONLY place I would recommend, and the only place I will go to. I never thought id get over my fear of the Dentist - yes even at 24years old, i was PETTRIFIED. But not anymore. Thanks to Dr Duran and her staff. :)

I have been totally knocked off my feet by the friendliness and professionalism of Dr. Durans staff. Melissa and Alexis took the time to show me in detail and for me to understand my treatment plan. Ive been to allot of dentist but this is the first time Ive seen such a congenial staff. The assistant who took the x-rays was wonderful, God knows looking in peoples mouth everyday is no picnic. Now Dr. Duran, I have never felt so at ease in a dentist chair (and I am afraid of dentists) she took the time to explain the procedures, options and course of action in a non confrontational manner, Her demeanor I found very kind, forthright and understanding. Thanks for the experience.

The staff at this dentistry are incredible. Ive had such great experiences here. Everyone is very knowledgeable, very professional and very friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone here. From the moment you walk through the door until the time you leave everything is pleasant and everyone is so caring. Never a long wait. Never to busy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I would love to thank Alexis, Julian, Miriam, Dr. Fabelo and Dr. Duran on educating me on how to take care of my teeth better. Thank you so much guys. You are the best.

I visited Dr. Duran for the first time today and the experience was absolutely wonderful! On meeting Melissa & Alexis at the front, I was overwhelmed by their friendliness and ease of conversation. Dr. Duran was also extremely polite and treated my 8 year old son very gently and graciously. Both the office and the equipment were clean and modern, and I especially loved that I was seen immediately. I highly recommend Dr. Duran and her team because they made the visit less intimidating for my son and professional enough for me.

I know quality and professionalism from the start, service is what makes the difference when a customer like me can get demanding, to anticipate to the needs of the customer is what will give you the name. I hadnt been to a dentist in 10 years and the first dentist I went to tried telling me I would need $6,000 dollars worth of dental work, I was so shocked. my office manager referred me to dr duran and after the x rays and exam I was so happy to find out that I would only need $1,000 dollars worth of work, the staff was wonderful and the dr duran I cannot thank you enough, I am coming in april for my wisdom teeth to be done, I would refer my friends to her. thank you so much, Rochelle Stansbury
