I am a long time patient at another Sage dental office. Due to a change of work schedules, I visited the sage Dental of West Miami for the first time to only have an evaluation for my wisdom teeth and it was the most horrible experience I had in a long time. The Receptionist/secretary is very rude. I had called the office before to tell them I was coming from another sage dental office and made sure this was no problem. Both offices confirmed there would be no problem since it is the same entity but as soon as I arrived to my appointment, the secretary was telling me they wouldnt see me because I didnt have my referral which by the way it was written on my notes by my Dentist at the other location and that I needed to see the Dentist. She gave me a very rude attitude and I explained to her I had called a couple of times to make sure this was okay to which she replied she is sorry they gave me the wrong information and that she would only allowed an exception for one time. My appointment was at 11:30am and It wasnt until 1:10pm when they called my name and after I sat down no one came to assist me. The Doctor told another lady to have me doing an x-ray but she replied I had done one a year ago and that it should be fine. After that, I spent 20 minutes sitting down without anyone assisting me. I got up and left this place. On my way out, the rude secretary told me that what did I expect if that is a dental consultation. I told her that I had an appointment at 11:30am and it was 1:30pm and I had not been seen by anyone. Her attitude is a poor reflection of what Sage dental is all about. If this was my first time going to Sage Dental I would have never gone back. These people are not a reflection of the quality of service that Sage Dental is all about. I will make sure I tell everyone to never go to Sage Dental of west Miami.

Dr. Maritza is great! She is very nice and explains everything to you in a way that you will understand what is best for you. It was a great experience, and she greeted me each time with a big smile and a positive attitude. She seems to be a perfectionist also, in a good way, which means that you will leave the office with a good job well done. Vicky was also nice and did a good job doing my cleaning. I would definitely recommend this office!

Dont go there. They are more interested in your money than helping you. I went there to check for wisdom teeth. However, they said there are lots of problems with my other teeth and try to persuade me to buy their $7000+ vip plan treatment. They also lied to me that my dental coverage wont cover oral surgery while it actually would. Anyway, the worst experience I ever had with dentist.

On my first visit they "sold" me dental items i didnt need and tried to pressure me to buy more (was in for a routine cleaning). On my second cleaning visit, Ive been waiting more than an hour past my appointment time, even though theres only one other person in the waiting room.
