My wife called all week, keeping in touch with Dr. Englishs office. We were to put our aggressive dog down on Saturday 12/19. This was the hardest decision we had ever had to make. My wife made sure to ask the office staff to have what we needed ready, to get the dog into the office without another attack. I went and was told to have a seat. I sat and waited, and waited, the whole time watching others with their dogs, dreading more and more the decision we had made. The staff seemed indifferent to my plight. We had already had to wait 5 days, until I was able to get the dog to the vet, and then I was forced to wait with people and their happy and well mannered dogs. This made me feel even worse. I finally just walked out. My wife called back and the woman who answered the phone was not only rude but raised her voice to her. I have no idea if Dr. English is a good vet or not, but his staff is inefficient and heartless and I will NEVER do business with this vet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called yesterday to talk to Dr. English. As a new patient, I had some concerns. He was in surgery with an emergency C-Section. He called me back at 8:00 PM to talk to me. Quite exceptional. I had to take my baby in today to be euthanized. He and his staff were very caring and respectful of the fact that neither of us wanted to be there. She and I were well taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. English and his staff.

Dr english has been great with our cat. Kept great watch over her after she had an accident and broke her leg. Id never go to another. He is a very genuine hearted vet, and Ive not had that great care of a pet since the vet my mother used when I was a child. Cheaper than munford animal hospital by far too!!! Thank you dr english for your care of our kitty boo.

My girl had some matting on backs of her legs, so we couldnt get her usual cut. I picked her up and she looked like shed been hurriedly groomed with uneven spots everywhere. One eyes lashes were trimmed, but, not the other. Never again!

Great vet, rude receptionist. Receptionist does not look up when addressing customers and when addressing them asks what do you need. unpleasant over the phone as well.
