Initially, Immediadent in Hilliard seemed like a great office-- I was able to be seen right away after making an appointment beforehand and the staff was all very nice and courteous, but I ended up leaving disappointed when they informed me that their dental hygienist wasnt in that day, so I couldnt get a cleaning even though that was one of the services I thought I was going to be getting. What was much worse though was that they told me I had 11 different teeth that needed fillings, with one so bad that it needed fillings on three surfaces and then they tried to pressure me into opening a credit card and getting four of the fillings done on the spot. I thought this sounded fishy considering according to my last dentist I had no cavities as of 1-2 years ago, so I left without getting any of their recommended fillings and got a second opinion. Thank God I found Dr. Sadenini at Dublin Metro Dental because when I followed up with her, she informed me I only had 5 teeth that needed fillings, all of them only needing one or two surfaces filled. It couldve been an honest mistake but it seemed to me like Immediadent intentionally lied to me in order to get as much money from me as possible, which completely shattered my trust in our healthcare system. If youre looking to have simple services done or you know exactly what you need, maybe this office could work out for you, but if you are looking for a professional opinion on the state of your dental health, I would strongly suggest going elsewhere so you dont get tricked into paying for services you dont need!

Horrible experience. I visited the Nike location in advance, as I was looking for a dentist a little closer to home. They told me they were an "in network" provider with Aetna and all I was responsible for was the co-pays. A few weeks later an old high school filling came out, so I went back to ImmediaDent. They called the insurance company. I paid the portion the insurance would not cover right there on the spot. I thought that would be the end of it. A few weeks later I received a statement from Aetna showing what they paid toward the service. Since these statements are hard to understand I called Aethna & had a conversation - Aethna, ImmediaDent aat the same time. It was agreed by all parties there was a 0 balance. Shortly there after I received a nasty letter from ImmediaDents collections out Kansas demanding more money. Come to find out "ImmediaDent" was not "in-network" - they accept dental insurance payments but can charge pretty much what they want and get by with it, May I add the replacement of a small, old high school filling at ImmediaDent was on the pricy side compared to other Dentists in the area. My advice: If you have dental insurance check with them first as to who is "in network" and who is not. In most cases you will be provided with a url for all "in network" dentists in your area. If however you choose not to and go to ImmediaDent instead (because it is convenient) remember you are going to pay up the a s s for doing so.

I would never go back here or suggest this place to a friend. The inside looked nice but the service was terrible. I was the second one to walk in the door at 8:01am and it took the lady in front of me 20 minutes to get called back, it took me a half hour, and then I could hear the doctor chatting with the other workers for a good 20minutes about closing procedures before she even went in to see the first patient. This patient was obviously very embarrassed about why she was there and the Doctor was very loud about everything and very rude to the patient. I was about ready to walk out before I even saw the doctor! But I stayed because the cough I had was terrible and I needed to get something done before I went to work. Then the doctor comes in and said "so youre feeling nauseated" and I said " no I said I cough so much that I threw up because the cough was stimulating my gag reflex." So she gave me some antibiotics, I had to ask for something for the cough! I then I had her look at a little spot on my abdomen and she said "oh its probably just from you being sick." (When I went to my normal doctor, he treated it with one application of creme and it went away) This doctor had no idea what she was doing and it took me 75 minutes to get out of there with only one patient before me the very first thing in the morning. And to top it all off, my insurance didnt cover it so I had to pay for everything. Worst Place Ever!

Initially I went here needing a new dentist as I was new to town. Over the course of 3 years, there were 3 different dentists I saw for appointments. The first one was good but I presumed moved. The second one was part time here as he had a full time practice elsewhere. I enjoyed having him as my primary dentist and seemed honest as I only had one issue with my teeth at the time. The last time I went there was a new dentist, whom I presume was fresh out of dental school. Looked at my teeth and claimed I need 6 teeth treated. 6? Not even six months earlier I had good teeth absent one area to keep an eye on. Needless to say that was my last visit as I moved farther away and started going to a different dentist, whom verified my teeth were good absent the one area. Another issue, you wait forever even with an appointment. Many times I had a cleaning and it didnt start for at least 30 minutes later. Most other offices you are taken back at your time and the hygienist starts immediately. The worst part after my last visit to this place, they kept calling me and leaving messages reminding me to come in and get my teeth taken care of. At first the place wasnt too bad but if you dont want to wait, be able to have the same dentist for a decade or longer, or feel like another sale, avoid this place.

My experience similar to others - if you want to be bullied into extra stuff, go here. I went for a broken filling. They insisted on a panoramic x-ray, which I did not need (just had one plus a CT scan at my regular dentist for other work). They insisted over and over. I just wanted the filling fixed so I caved. Then they had to take other x-rays of the broken filling anyways. They said they called my insurance and got the work approved. I paid for what insurance didnt cover on the spot. A month later I get a bill - yep, the unneeded panoramic x-ray wasnt covered because as I tried to tell them I just had one. The dentist was ok, but left his assistant to actually put the filling in and it took her forever (I was there for 3 hours even with an appointment). Also the person taking the x-rays of the individual tooth didnt seem to know what she was doing (had to take 4 or 5 views to get it right and really jammed the plate in my mouth). UPDATE: I paid the bill and they are still billing me. So apparently their office is no better. Really frustrated with this entire experience. Never again.
