Both doctors are rough and do not listen to the needs of the patient. The hygienist hurt our (including two children) gums and tongue (tore them up and made them bleed). I had a bonding done twice, neither time was it done correctly. It chipped and was rough. I asked repeatedly to have it smoothed out and fixed and the dentist argued that it was done correctly. Poor customer service, poor communication, extremely poor skills.

absolutly the worst experiencd, Dr To was rough, impossible for me to understand, cut my lip in several places when she flossed and cleaned my teeth, rough handling during xrays. Needless to say my husband and I are going elsewhere. I wish there was a negative rating

This has to be the worst dental experience of my entire life, Dr. Segal keeps poor records and as a result tried to charge me twice for the same procedure. Also had an experience where I was stabbed in the throat with a dental tool, would not recommend to anyone!
