Update: First, they lied about billing. Then they start Internet stalking if you give them a bad review. Dear Dr. Fox, thank you for responding my complaint in time. Also thank you for your professional dental service which I really appreciate. But please be notified that my original complaint is towards your billing department work. When you keep mentioning $14 in your reply, I know you are still confused about why I gave a one-star review.There are few things I want to clarify here: 1. Theres no copay for preventive dental service with my insurance. Please refer to my dental insurance benefit page I uploaded in my review. The reason why I got an unpaid balance is because your office charges exceed the reasonable and customary amount not because I have a copay. It appears that you and your office still have a misunderstanding on my insurance coverage and thats where my complaint comes from. P.S.: Ill attach a copay definition at the end of my review for your information. P.P.S.: copay is spelled as copay not co-pay. 2. Thank you for reading my previous reviews on Yelp. I guess its a unique way in your dental office to know your patient better and solve customers complaint. Interesting and creative but not appreciated. The reason why I gave Dr. Ruskin Aaron one star is not because they lied to me about billing details and my insurance coverage as you can see. Plus, Dr. Ruskin Aaron already apologized for my bad customer experience. 3. One thing good about social media is it empowering customers. After you got bullied as a customer, theres a way for you to speak out and inform others to help them make their choices. I did call your office to solve the problem. But the lady tried to mislead me into believing that theres a copay for my insurance, just like what you did in your reply. Hope next time when your office gets a complaint from a customer, your customer service is not Internet stalking or trying to depict him/her as a cheapass psychopath. What if "We make every effort to satisfy our patients on every visit with the quality of our staff the quality of our work and our pride in our service" is not just cooperative propaganda? I dont think we will have all these mess and hassles. *A copay is a fixed amount you pay for a health care service, usually when you receive the service. The amount can vary by the type of service. You may also have a copay when you get a prescription filled. Customer service lied about my insurance details and billing problem. I never have to pay co-pay out of my pocket for regular cleaning visit with current dental insurance which I have been using for 4 years at several other dental offices. But for last two times I visited this dental office for my bi-annual preventive cleaning, I got bills saying I owe unpaid balance after insurance reimbursement. I called the office and the lady on the phone told me that it’s because they do not work with my insurance provider. Then I called my insurance company and they told me the reason why I have unpaid balance is because this dental office charges amount that exceeds the reasonable and customary amount. My insurance detailed bill does show that this office accepts my insurance and they already took $293 check from insurance company for cleaning service. Please don’t come here.

I am very pleased with Livonia Dental Group. Everything from setting up my appointment to walking out was a great experience. Dr. Fox and his staff made my "trip to the dentist" a very enjoyable one. The flat screen tv over the chair let me catch up on sports taking my attention away from the construction going on with my teeth. Not to mention, his assistant created a pleasurable experience with laughter and smiles. Even if drilling became too much for me to handle, my anxiety was much lower having the "Dental Button" in my hand, knowing I could stop the drilling at any time if I felt the need too. I had an overall great experience here, and let me tell you, that is not very common for me when going to the dentist. I will definitely be back to Livonia Dental Group.

Im never excited to go to the dentist, and hadnt been in quite sometime so was quite nervous upon arrival, but from the moment I walked in everyone was very polite and comforting. The girls at the front desk where very helpful w my new patient paperwork and got me into my appt very fast which was nice because I didnt have a lot of time. Once I got back into my room for the cleaning and exam the hygienist and doctor were both very professional and comforting I couldnt have asked for a better experience and can honestly say I look forward to my next appt because my smile looks great :). Thank you Livonia dental group!

I have been going to Dr Freeman, when this was his practice, for over 25 years. Dr Fox has done a lot to renovate and modernize the office since he became the primary person in the business. I have full faith in Dr Freeman and consider him not only my dentist but a friend. If for any reason, example out of town, I have a dental issue and must see another dentist, I will not allow any major changes until I can get back to see Dr Freeman. I truly value his opinions and go by his recommendations.

THE BEST! I am no stranger to the dentist chair. My whole life I have had dental problems and always dread going until I started going to Livonia Dental Group! I feel comfortable the staff are so friendly, on top of things and really make you feel at home! The past 6 years that I have had all my white fillings replaced, new crowns and now braces! The prices are reasonable and more importantly the work is BEAUTIFUL! Dr. Fox and his staff are wonderful and I highly recommend them!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Foxs for over ten years. I now commute from Troy to his office because I like him and his staff so much! Im a bit of a coward when it comes to getting my teeth worked on because I have enamel and sensitivity issues, but Dr. Fox and his hygenists have always been extremely gentle with me. Not once have I ever had a negative encounter with them. I highly recommend him and his staff to anyone looking for a great dental experience.

Great service from the moment you walk in. Everyone is friendly and personable. But of course, the real test comes when you sit in the dental chair. They pass this test with flying colors! Lauren is an excellent hygienist (Im sure they all are) and both Dr. Fox and Dr. Freeman are great dentists. Lets face it, most of us dont really want to go to the dentist, so when we go we dont want a bad experience. I would highly recommend this office!

As far as a dentist appointment goes, this is as good an experience as I can ask for. EVERYONE is kind, professional, easy going and fun-loving. That includes the front desk, hygienists and the dentist himself. I dig this particular dentist cuz hes chill and not pushy. Seems like the kinda guy you can golf with. I had two fillings done, painless and about half an hour. Ive raised my rating from my last review from 4 stars to 5.
