I cannot even give a star for this place, I have left this dental practitioner not professional, as not able to perform proper crowning on a couple teeth as a dental professional should be able to do, I should have sued them when I felt things were wrong, one crown fell off near immediately and their options were a joke and I could not go back to feel safe enough to continue, now a few years later the other crown fell off also. Worst experience since I was a child and dentistry was a joke and all kids hated dentists. I have gone back to a better dentist again in lathrup village, Signature Smiles! that is more high tech and capable of proper professional treatment. I posted a few years ago here and wanted to make sure to keep people informed of such sloppy work, since the only crown issues in my whole 40+ years of life are from this dentist on 6 mile, you may do cleanings or such but nothing major, I WARNED YOU! as they need to have a true record for reviews of how a dentist should actually have a 4+ 4.5 rating and nothing less unless you feel like a law suit.

To whom it may concern: I previously visited the REDFORD location for a routine cleaning! I received the worst service from Ms. Roberta who felt it appropriate to voice her opinions at the time of my service. I proceeded to contact the manager of operation Mr. Marty whom after giving me a luke warm apology and defending his employee whom was inappropriate at the time of my service cursed me and called me by my first name as if we were sociable! I will never visit this chain nor will I refer anymore clients to them! Mr. Martys lack of respect for female customers and AFRICAN AMERICAN FEMALE CUSTOMERS, might I add is the reason why I felt the need to share this post! SPend your money with a company that values your business as a customer not just as a insurance claim that they are trying to process for profit! Total unethical business practices at this facility!!!!

I LOVE WORKING FOR SUNRISE FAMILY DENTAL CARE OF REDFORD!!!!!!! I live in Flint/Grand Blanc area and drive everyday for over an hour each way. I am very appreciative to have a career/job in todays economy. I have been in the dental field for 16 years. I could work 10 minutes from my house. The difference with sunrise, and what sets them apart for me is the care they provide for the patients!! They stress giving ultimate care to the patients dental care, while still providing a warm and friendly environment. Patients feel like family when they come in. I get excited 4 or 6 months down the road when patients come in for thier hygiene appointment. I miss them!! That in turn makes Sunrise a career for me not a job.

They were able to squeeze my daughter in for a last minute appt. They were great with her and made her feel comfortable and walked through everything they were going to do to ensure she was at ease. The office was nice, clean and welcoming. The reception was nice and answered any questions we had. The current patients coming/leaving the office seemed happy with the service as well. Looking forward to coming back in 6 months
