I am very disappointed in the service. Every single time I have ever went to their office for an appointment the wait time was unbelievable. Just to get in the back took 30 plus minutes. then when you get to the back you sit in the chair and they tell you to wait to get what they need. The wait was like another 30 minutes! What are they doing in that time? I sat and listened to my music to pretend I was somewhere else. The actual work they did was small compared to the wait time. I had to cancel a few appointments for other college ones that needed to be attended to, I sat and waited in the waiting room before my mom went to the window to ask why I had not been called. The response was that the doctor no longer wanted to see me because I rescheduled my appointments to many times. They said she called which she never did and if they try and say they did I can have my service provide vouch that their number never called me on the date they said. We should have been notified after my mother filled out the necessary paperwork and we sat and waited. So unprofessional and unaware of what is going on with patients. There is another dental office right next door to them. I went and the service was 100 times better that whatever this considers a professional service. I advise you not waste your time here and just go to the one next door.

I noticed on their website how many good reviews that had compared to these reviews so I am guessing they kept all the good reviews for their website or the staff left the reviews. I had the worst experience at this dental office. They did my veneers and they were AWFUL. They did not match my teeth at all and very unnatural looking. When I went back they told me they wouldnt replace them unless I paid for more. The dentist office I just came to gave me new veneers for a cheaper cost and the way they did them was a totally different experience. I whitener before my veneers and they had a lot more shades to choose from and showed me an actual tooth to look at. They also filled in my gum line which gentle dental did not so I had a gap between my gums and the veneers. They gave me temporary crowns and when I get back they will make sure I like the teeth or they would send them back no cost. I cannot believe the amount this office did compared to gentle dental to make sure I was 100% happy. Alot of money goes into veneers so they should look as perfect as possible. I would never recommend anyone to this place! And cannot believe they gave me such awful looking veneers after paying over 1,000 dollars!

BEWARE!!! This is the WORST dental experience Ive ever had! I came in for a simple cleaning and was told that I can only have a FULL mouth irrigation. Against my judgement I agreed to it, worst decision I have ever made. Ever since then I have had problems with my mouth. I had to have some cavities filled and that again was an awful decision because I am having more problems with my teeth than I have ever had in my life. When I tried to explain to the Manager that I had issues she asked that I come to speak with her and the Dr who performed the procedure. I agreed and came back to explain to them that I was completely dissatisfied and show them what is bothering me. When I got there I was met with the same hygienist and Dr who performed the procedure who tried to tell me that what I was experiencing was in my own head and that their work was good! They even tried to sell me some of their products in the midst of my pain! AND The manager didnt even show up to speak with me! I since then have seen another dentist and I am in the process of getting the work done to correct this issue. THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE!!

I took my pregnant wife here to have a front tooth repaired as a chip off it had been lose from a previous filling. Even though we went 20 mins early to fill up paper work, we waited another 30 mins outside and once inside, the nurse suggested to take an x-ray. Once the x-ray was taken, it was taking more than 90 mins for the doctor to finish up with her previous patient who had an unfortunate extraction complication which was making us wait. There was no one who was giving us an update on the delay even to know if we were the next ones and eventually we had to make a decision to get out of the place. Although the place has people who talk nice and are well mannered, i think it needs a process change to more effectively manage patient wait times and communication. Also, having gone to a lot of dental places for many dental work for me and my family, this was the first time i saw a doctor suggesting a x ray even without looking at the tooth. That too for a pregnant women.

This is the worst dental office Ive ever been to. Every time I had an appointment I waited for over an hour and a half to be seen in an absolutely packed waiting room. That doesnt mean that people trust and like being there for the service. That means that their office staff dont know how to properly schedule appointments so their dental staff isnt completely overwhelmed and overbooked all day long. I felt bad for them. That is, until they told me I needed 7 fillings. Granted, I had a two-year gap where I had not seen a dentist, but that much decay seemed ridiculous. I got a second opinion at another dental office who took his own x-rays and he was dumbfounded when I told him that this office said I needed 7. He couldnt see how or where that was needed. TL;DR Office staff dont know how to book appointments, so youll be waiting for forever, Dental staff try to rip you off by saying you need far more work than is necessary.

I have not been happy day one with Dr carpenter. I went Their to get my teeth pulled and denture. Their is a lot of build up in my gums. It been going on since August. It now January. This week between my gums and tongue another gum area has opened up with quarter inch hard stuff in it. This area really need bone scrape instead of me doing it myself. Been told next time where just going to do it a couple of times. I already been Their to many times. Eventually you just have to move forward. Well until everything clear out my mouth will not be open for molding. If I let this doctor run over me. once everything clear out my denture wont fit. I called 1 800 number Was told they would talk to doctor. That was never taken care of cause his response on the following vist was next time were just going to do it. They will just try to push you Thur for the money. So when thing go wrong this is the treatment you can expect.

Well for starters, I scheduled an appointment and finally got in to see this guy throwing a temper tantrum about insurance difficulties. When I got in the room to be seen, all the dentists stood in the hallway and proceeded to have a laughing conversation about irrelevant subjects instead of tending to their patients for over 20 minutes. I was in question of whether or not my wisdom teeth were growing and my dentist made it abundantly clear that I didnt have the parts or whatever in my gums that indicate wisdom teeth will eventually appear, so that I would be good. Guess what Im experiencing now? Thats right, wisdom teeth growth. And my insurance just got cancelled so now Im screwed and in a bunch of pain. Also the dentist proceeded to treat me like a dumbass when I asked questions. Wouldnt recommend going here at all. There are plenty of better dentistries out there.
