Went to the dentist to have full mouth X-rays done. There was 18 that needed to be done. 9 on each side. The lady doing the fitting for the x-ray plates into my mouth had no Compassion or Patience. I have a small mouth and in the past Dentists have used child x-ray plates. The way she fitted them in was causing then to cut into my lower and upper mouth which in turn was hurting like hell! Needless to say we did not finish. She said if you can not sit still or handle this then you need to go out to our other office. She then stopped and said Im going to send you out to our Temperance office. As I was walking up to the receptionist counter the other lady must of asked her what time. I heard her say "I dont give a dam".....Really! My mouth is still hurting from what x-rays she did do! When you tell someone they are hurting you and you show no care or compassion you are in the wrong job. Will be finding a different dentist!

Carleton Dental Care was willing to help me when other dentists were unavailable. My crown fell off of my tooth yesterday, and I needed it to be cemented back on. I knew I couldnt wait much longer, and Carleton Dental Care was able to get me an appointment right away. They took great care in cementing the crown back on, and even took the extra time to make sure my bite wasnt off. The staff is incredibly sweet and understanding, and the office in general was a fun place to be. As a first time patient, it was a great experience. If you are in need of a dentist for any reason, definitely give them a call!

I switched to them after my old dentist jad basically done all of my fillings wrong. They were promot in getting me and sorting things out, and have since gone to them there after. The service is friendly, professional and an overall wonderful experience. I would highly reccomend them to handle your dental needs.
