I have been going to this dentists office since I was young. Dr. Plotnik was my dentist, and he has recently retired. I had to get a tooth pulled and was extremely nervous because I have never been to any other dentist than Dr. Plotnik. Dr. Brian Long was my dentist, and I have to say that he was amazing. Like I said I was extremely nervous and he did everything he could to calm me down. Also, there was a nurse named Kari that was extremely helpful and nice. After all is said and done, I went through a completely painless procedure, and now that the numbing agent had worn off, I am 100% pain free. Although I was hesitant to remain at this dental office after my old dentist retired, I am so glad I stayed. I would reccommend this office to anyone.

This place is something else... I went in there today for an appointment at 8:00 AM and arrived right on time. Went into the waiting room and up to the counter and the two receptionists who were sitting there were too preoccupied with other things to even acknowledge that I came in, so I just sat down. 5 minutes go by and I hear them talking about me saying "I cant believe hes late, he doesnt live far... Im going to call him." Then one of the ladies peeks around the window and asks if Im so and so and I say yes... And the other lady states "oh, hes here?" Seriously?? Youre talking about me and didnt even realize I was already sitting in the waiting room? Maybe if you had acknowledged me when I came up to the window....

I highly recommend this dental office! Dr. Kirkland is very easy-going and was able to both explain all that needed to be done in regard to my dental issues and then complete the procedures to my satisfaction. The staff is very friendly and I felt very comfortable - even on a visit to a dentist! Thanks, Gentle Dental Family Dentistry!

I give this office six stars out of five! I love the office, the doctors, and the entire environment! I definitely recommend this dentist! The other location is Westland is also great! The ladies at the front desk are so helpful, the hygienists are so nice, and the doctors are so skilled at what they do!

This is a great office! Very efficient. This office sees so many patients and is always bustling! Thatt a true testament to how much people like this office. I would definitely recommend the hygienists and the doctors. The entire office team is wonderful and always takes great care of their patients!
