The staff at Family Gentle Dentist have been phenomenal with me any my children. My son started off his dental experience at another location with an extremely bad experience. He was so afraid to try a new dentist. I finally convinced him to try Family Gentle Dentist and the staff made him feel right at home. The hygienist took her time, explained everything she was doing and explained the instruments she was using, so he wouldnt be afraid. He now looks forward to his dental appointments and walks in and out of the dentist with a smile!!! I personally have had extensive dental work and I have to say the technique the dentists use to give is shots it utterly PAINLESS!!!! They are great people and I highly recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to try the family at Family Gentle Dentist!!!

I have been a customer for more than 8 years and the staff remember me when I come into my bi-annual appointment or call on the phone which makes you feel like you are their #1 priority. I really like that the staff keeps all their appointments on schedule so you can be sure you dont have to wait very long once you have arrived. My hygienist Karla is sensitive to my patient needs and has given excellent advice for my brushing technique to improve my oral health and hygiene. Dr. Kizy is very pleasant in her attitude and thorough in her examination, reviewing your individual dental needs and making sound recommendations on preventative care and/or immediate treatment. I highly recommend Karla, Dr. Kizy, and all of Family Gentle Dentist team!

I dont recommend this place. For your own benefits go someplace else. I saw another dentist and also showed them my x-rays and they said I either didnt have cavities or they were so small that they did not need to be taken out because they could have been brushed away. They do work on your teeth that doesnt need to be done to get more money.. I saw 2 different doctors in this office and one said my teeth were perfect and I had no cavities but when I saw the other one they told me I had 3 cavities. They bribe people to get good reviews. If you give them one they will give you something or you will win something. So stay away from this place if your value your teeth.

I am so greateful that I can cite my experience with Dr. Kizzy and his staff at Family Gentle Dentist 22319 King Rd. Woodhaven, MI 48183. From my very first visit at the office, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly competence of the staff and the pleasant environment of the offiice itself. I am very thankful to hygienest Neda who took good care of me. She did a thorough evaluation of my mouth. I have visited many dentists but I have never had such a wonderful experience, Dr. Kizzy is a professional and has a great personality. I would recommend Dr. Kizzy to everyone. He is the best dentist I have ever had. Pain free dentist.

Do you fear the Dentist? Fear NO MORE! Dr. Kizzy and Dr. Linda along with their staff have great concern for your comfort. From the time you walk in to a warm welcome from Crici to the time that your appointment is done, everything possible is done to ensure that your dental experience is as pleasurable as humanly possible. What?! Did I just put pleasurable in the same sentence with dental!?! YES I did. I was introduced to these fine folks through 1800Dentist after being very disappointed with the first one they sent me to I was reluctant to call again. I am thrilled that I did. I have had the pleasure of having services from Dr. Kizy and Dr. Lynn and have been extremely pleased. Having multiple issues, was hesitant about the care I needed, I need not have worried. All plans were explained in detail and all questions answered, Care and concern for my financial issues were also addressed. When I requested a change in the plan that was recommended, no negative feedback was given and an agreement was reached based on my needs. The hygienists I have encountered are excellent, kind and personable. Love this office and have recommended them to family.

Amazing! Every staff member knows what customer service means. They wrote the definition. Always greeted on the phone or in person with kindness and warmth. You feel important and a part of their dental family. Everything is explained- no hidden surprises. My children loved their experience here with Karla and Dr Kizy. They were both very aware of my 10 and 7 year old needs. Both my children said how gentle Karla was with their cleanings. I have already recommended Family Gentle Dentists to my family and friends! Family Gentle Dentist are the absolute best dentist I have ever been to. I have had bad experiences in the past and have neglected my dental health. But the entire staff is just amazing. They work with me and now I am just about to get my smile back! The entire staff treats you like the most important person there. The doctors are truly amazing. They are very caring and kind, no matter what your situation is or the condition of your teeth. They show compassion and care about your health. I have been soliciting this dentist office for many years and the current staff are definitely the best group of ladies (and gentleman) that have run the place. Cleanings are painless and quick so it doesnt feel like your day is wasted. They also offer evening hours, since I work until 5pm, the 6pm appointments work great for me. They can send text message reminders of upcoming appointments and can give you a detailed estimate of future services so as not to break the bank. I would recommend Family Gentle Dentists of Brownstown.

I came here for the first time ever in March. I have never been so impressed with a dentist office before. The dentist found a lump in my throat and was quick to refer me to a specialist. I just visited for my sencond cleaning for the year and was surprised to see how many staff members actually was concerned about my issue they had discovered previously! I felt very relieved to know that the staff cared so much about my well being. By far, the beat dentist office I have visited. Keep up the GREAT work guys!

No Deal

Dr. Kizzy herself is extremely nice, professional, competent, caring, etc. Had my first (and only to this date) root canal here by her and it came out flawless. The people in her office, however, or the hygenists, one of the two, either A: did not check my insurance or B: tried to take advantage of me. They signed me up for 3 month teeth cleanings which nobody needs and my insurance doesnt cover, without even checking it or asking me.
