So lets start with the front desk because that is where the main and only issue is. The front desk staff is atrocious they should all be fired. The one lady who calls people up to say youre up is, there is no other word to describe this but, stupid. She says your next but you notice 18 other people go ahead of you and the hours just keep piling on. She is so dysfunctional a monkey could do a much better job. Im here to get an issue with my teeth fixed, or come for a cleaning, or continue on the job the doctor started, not waste half my day waiting to see the dentist. The dentists themselves do a great job. I have nothing bad to say about them they do their job very well. I went in one day because I had a horrible tooth infection and the pain was at a 10 out of a scale of 1-10 and was ready to go to the hospital because the pain was just horrific and the wait was just too long. I eventually had enough and got very aggressive because of the amount of pain. I told the front desk lady what is taking so long I am in enormous amount of pain. she then tells me she lost my chart, you can only imagine how badly I wanted to punch her in the face for her stupidity. 15 min later she finally tells me to come in. If I didnt say anything I probably would have waited a lot longer.

By recommendation from a trusted colleague, I was referred to Dr. Eric Oh in July of 2016 after having searched for a dentist for quite some time. I have now seen Dr. Oh several times to resolve issues that needed to be addressed. That being said, I feel compelled to write a testimonial reviewing my experience with Dr. Oh. From the very first appointment, Dr. Oh has shown complete professionalism and profound knowledge regarding the numerous issues and questions that I have had for him. Dr. Oh is an extremely compassionate individual and a great listener. He always takes "one more step," to gather information and evaluate symptoms before tackling an issue. Dr. Oh is an excellent communicator and has never made me feel rushed when I come in for a dental appointment. Most importantly, Dr. Oh is clearly passionate about what he does for a living. Passion is hard to come by and Dr. Oh has made clear that this is not just a job for him; it’s a way of life. I truly appreciate and admire this characteristic in Dr. Oh, as it sets him apart from dentists I have seen in the past. He is certainly an asset to the Kennedy Dental Group establishment. This rating is based on the work performed. I took my kids to a different dentist and the guy was talking about pulling 4 teeth to fill 4 cavities, scheduling surgeries, all types of nonsense. I brought them to Kennedy Dental instead and they filled the cavities and everything was great. The doctors/dentists dont try and scam you like other places. Their work is excellent. The only negative is the waiting time. They take walk-ins and that backs everything up. Even if you have an appointment youre going to have to plan on waiting a while. But Id rather wait for a good deal then rush to get scammed. Try and make an appointment before 9:30.

Went in for fillings about a month and a half ago. At first, there were pieces sticking out from where the work was done. I had to go in to have it touched up once. Now after this time I had one completely fall out. I went in to try and have it taken care of and they expected me to sit in the waiting room AGAIN. They wasted so much of my time already, Im going to just find another doctor that actually will take the time for his patients. This is garbage service. Even when I called in to have them get all my patient data and x-rays together so I could take it to a new doctor, I was left on hold for about 10 minutes then hung up on.

Ive been there several times in many years. I had root canals, and fillings done. Every time I went, the staff is polite and the doctor was great. Last weekend (11/05/16) when Dr. Jamil took xray, not only the hurting tooth but he advised to do a filling for a non hurting bur a cavity tooth too. I like that he cares about his patients. Hes so human, so you dont feel like a customer. Also his helper Asma was a great help through the process. Plus as a un-insured patient, the price was affordable. For the people who complains about the wait, I suggest that be a patient patient.

Dr jamil and Dr sharif are the best Dentist Ive ever had in my life!! I was petrified of the dentist but after having major work like root canals and crowns and never felt one pinch even from the injection into the gums they help me overcome my fear. The only down side is that wait. But bring that they are so good I understand the damand for their service. Not to mention their prices are very reasonable especially if you dont have insurance . You can see a better dentist! Very respectable dental office. Dr jamil needs a clone!

Excellent Service and Staff! the Dentists at Kennedy Dental Ctr are some of the best dentists around. This Center had served this North Bergen neighborhood for years now and thats why Ive been going there, even after I moved out of the neighborhood. Still I prefer to go there to experience the friendly service and expert advice on my lovely teeth. Never did leave their clinic, and not be satisfied. At least, I know that I wont be hit with extra charges from my Insurance company.

Dr. Bayan Rafee is knowledgeable and dedicated. She makes an investment in the Oral health and well being of her patients. She provides the absolute best care, advice and treatment during every visit. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Office is very clean and run on time. I and my family always receive an E mail/ text message /phone call reminding us of an upcoming appointment. Dr. Bayan Rafee is the sort of the ideal of a family dentist. Thank you Dr. Bayan Rafee

The waiting room was crowded, children running in and out of the waiting area. I waited an 1 hour and 30 minutes, they kept on telling me that I would be next. I never was. The excuse was the the dentist was eating lunch, but why schedule someone to wait on a doctor. The whole place was extremely unprofessional, the ladies at the front desk were talking like school girls. Then the doctors came out and also started to chit chat with them. Outlet Home Inspections

DR. Jamil el Samna is a really nice guy and good dentist. He is the head dentist and ensures this place runs. He also cares for the people and takes care of them and gives them discounts when they are living on budgets. I have been coming to this place for years ever since I was young. I never had an issue with dental work. The one down part about his office is it can be busy at times increasing your wait unfortunately. Good luck with parking.

I agree with all the negative reviews wholeheartedly. People that walk in and immediately get served happen to be from the mid-east. Everybody else had to wait unreasonable time even with appointments but they got to walk in and out. The unprofessional dentist never came out to apologize for the delays and the receptionist did nothing but lie to us. I work in the medical field and i do not recommend this office for its unprofessionalism.
