I have been going to Family Dentistry for years. I actually enjoy going to the dentist! Well, actually, I enjoy going to Dr. Rincon-Lorenzo’s Family Dentistry! The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and professional. They are extremely helpful with checking and explaining billing and insurance. You can expect to be seen at your appointment time. This shows me that Family Dentistry respects my time. The dental hygienist, I see Donna, is so kind and gentle. I recently had a deep cleaning with her and was made to feel completely relaxed and at ease. There was absolutely no pain. As for Dr. Rincon-Lorenzo, she is the best! She is totally knowledgeable, compassionate, and extremely gentle while working in my mouth. She explains exactly what needs to be done. If there is more than one option, she will take the time to explain the pros and cons of the various dental procedures, so that you can make an informed decision. I have complete faith in her judgment. She has done regular fillings, crowns, bridges, a mouth guard and even removed a tooth for me. I was more than please with all of these procedures. She also took great care to see that the color chosen for crowns thoroughly matched my natural teeth. The office is also very convenient since they have specialists on staff. I have had a tooth removed by the oral surgeon and a root canal by the endodontist in this office. Both were done successfully by compassionate and skillful professionals with a minimum of discomfort. There was also personal follow up by phone to make sure that I was doing well. I highly recommend Dr. Rincon-Lorenzo’s Family Dentistry! You will not be disappointed.

My husband went for his first office visit for an orthodontic evaluation. The front desk staff was very unpleasant. They didn’t even look at our faces to greet. Told us to sit down and to fill out the form. The only person that I could say that was nice was the dental assistant that took us to the examining room. Now the doctor in the other hand was very discriminating. She examined my husband and she said that she couldn’t help him. She didn’t give us any choices whatsoever. She said she didn’t accept Ameriplan. When we made the appointment they said that she accepted Ameriplan(discount plan). She told us that we should go to a dentist close by, so we didn’t spend money for gas. She thought we didn’t have money. That is discrimination! Her attitude was like you don’t belong here and I am doing a big favor of you seeing you. The whole time she was talking to us she had her mask on and we couldn’t even understand of what she was saying. Like we had some kind of disease. We were never treated like this before. If you don’t want to be looked down or discriminated don’t go to this office. After we were done the front desk wanted to charge us for the evaluation even though they said they wouldn’t charge for the evaluation when I made the appointment. To make this final the next day I called and I spoke to the office manager she said she was going to talk to the doctor and get back to me. I’ve tried several times contacting her, she is been ignoring my calls. Why discriminate? that is the question! The bottom line is this office is not in need of new patients, so believe go somewhere pleasant and where you can feel welcome!

Family Dentistry is without a doubt one of the most friendly, professional and service-oriented practices I have been to. As a regular patient, I have come to know the staff by name here and each time they are both personable and professional. The experience begins with the welcoming office staff. Both Melissa and Viky are quick to greet me and other patients upon arrival, aiding in such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They have also gone above and beyond to accommodate my very hectic schedule on multiple occasions. I have had dental cleanings done by Donna and Irina. Donna is always very gentle, but efficient with her cleanings, thus making it a pleasurable and painless experience. Irina is also very efficient and informative. There have been a number of times where she has helped answer questions for me regarding preventative care. Dr. Farinas and Dr. Rincon are very thorough and efficient. They each take their time to answer all of my questions and explain what is going on as well as possible solutions or actions that need to be taken. I appreciate that these doctors are not quick to rush into a procedure--they recently made the decision to wait on what seemed like a possible root canal and ended up saving my tooth! Both of these women give top notch, quality care. Overall, Family Dentistry is great. I am quick to recommend this office whenever I hear someone is in the market for quality dental care.

I have had the pleasure of visiting the Hygienist Donna for a cleaning. Im usually very nervous to go to the dentist like many others but Donna made me feel so comfortable; I almost fell asleep while getting my teeth cleaned! She was so genuine & comforting along with the rest of the staff that I couldnt wait to book my next cleaning. Second time around I was booked with another Hygienist Irina; the experience was just a good as my first! You will be in great hands whichever way you go here.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Rincon-Lorenzo for years and always receive excellent care. The professional, courteous staff keeps us smiling and feeling confident of the care we receive. The office recently moved across the street to a state of the art facility. Last summer I had my wisdom teeth removed and didnt suffer from an ounce of pain. We highly recommend Family Dentistry and their entire staff. My wife and I now live in NYC and still travel to Lyndhurst for our dental needs.

I have been going to DR. Rincon for many years . She has transformed my smile and I am beyond pleased with the results. I receive compliments everywhere I go. Besides the fact that she is an amazing dentist she has an amazing office and her staff are sweet too. I keep coming here because I am very pleased with the service,the office is clean ,organized and there isnt a long wait. I live in Chicago and still wouldnt get a new dentist. I highly recommend her to everyone!!!

The day I chipped a tooth at work was pretty stressful for me. Dr. Rincon-Lorenzo squeezed me in the very next day to fix it. Its been over 3 years now and the bonding on my teeth is intact. I highly recommend Dr. Rincon-Lorenzo and her staff!

Sad to hear that JUCIMERI had a bad experience at this dental office. The staff and dentist have been nothing BUT nice to me. They even called me after surgery to ask how I was feeling. Professional, caring and friendly. Couldnt ask for more.

The staff there is very nice and extremely accommodating. My hygienist was both thorough and gentle. And Dr. Maria took extra time to explain to me my best options to maintain great oral hygiene. I highly recommend this place.
