This is the worst dentistry I have ever seen. I do not know if the dentist good or not, because when I first time went there, they assigned me a temporary dentist, who cleaned my teeth very quickly and not carefully. Then the nurse took X-ray for me, but she made my tongue and gum painful, my tears almost down. The worst part is the receptionist. The lady is really rude, mean, impatient, and has a strong sense of racial discrimination, making me feel uncomfortable. I was so angry when she hanged up on me so rude, she even did not give me a chance to talk, then I called back and told her " to be honest, I feel your service is awful", then she hanged on me immediately, and never answered my phone any more, so I am unable to call them to transfer my document to new dentist, and have to call our insurance company and new dentistry to do this for me. The office is so terrible, which, I believe, will make their patients feel uncomfortable, upset and humiliated. This is not a good place if you want a smile, you will not get a smile from people working there, especially the lady answering the phone, and you will not make yourself smile at that place , either.

Forget the fact that they give you an appointment, you show up on time and still wait 45 minutes or more to get into a seat. I wish that was the only problem. Do not call these people unless you only want something small done like teeth cleaning or a lesson on how to brush your teeth. I had all of my wisdom teeth removed and all of my top teeth plus some on the bottom. They made dentures for me that didnt fit and didnt offer to do anything to fix the problem. Here I am 2 years later and still have no teeth. When they found out that the work they did was wrong they just laughed and said "Eric, I dont know what to tell you. You will have to call somebody else" I would have been better off with the bad teeth in my mouth. For the last two years I haven;t been able to eat solid food. I seriously would not recommend that anyone go here ever.

I visited Apple Denistry in Fair lawn NJ to have a cap and crown put on. Upon entering the office I was greeted by Wendy the front desk person. She was very friendly and explained the how long it would be and the pricing. She made me feel comfortable which normally isnt the case when entering a dentist. Dr. Velardi and his assistant Irina did a wonderful job. He explained each step as he was performing which made me feel confortable. Their attention to detail was exceptional and I highly recommend this Dentist to anyone that is searching for a new Dentist.

I spoke with one of their office staff today to book an appointment. The lady (I think the receptionist) seemed very impatient and rude. When I asked her to repeat something, she sternly said that she had already told me about it before repeating the information. Later, there were many other instances where she spoke with an insulting tone. She was not ready to listen to what I had to say and just kept speaking on top of her voice. It has been a very uncomfortable experience for me.

Apple Dentistry helped out during a dental emergency; they went out of their way to fit me in and fix a crown that broke off. I enjoyed the service and the way they explained the procedures - I have been using them instead of going back to my usual dentist. Very easy to find in that grey building with red columns just west of Radburn station. While you wait you can check out the pewter statuette at reception, I thought it looked pretty cool.

For over 10 years my family and I have been patients at Apple Dentistry. I have referred them to countless people looking for excellent dental care. Dr. Guelfguat is an exceptional dentist and health advocate in general. She and her assistant are gentle, soft-spoken, polite, and conservative in their evaluations. Wendy, the office manager, is pleasant, responsive, and generous with her time in reviewing patients insurance information.

Tried to make an appointment and the receptionist was very very Rude and Nasty.She started making weird noises .When I asked her name she said it doesnt matter.Going to another dentist. They need to know how to respect people. I dont know about the dentist but this office must fire that rude and nasty lady.

This is the best dentistry Ive ever been at! The work there is very prestigious, and I heard that there is a discount for teeth whitening, If you order in office teeth whitening, or at home teeth whitening, you get $50 bucks off! Overall, I can say that this is a wonderful dentistry, and especially for kids!

The dentists work was fine, but the office was very poorly managed. Last minute calls to change appointment times, no rescheduling done by the office when closed for bad weather, no calls to let you know your items had arrived from the lab, long waits for very standard visits.

One of the best dentist offices I have ever been in, They are fast, they get to the point really quickly, they explain every procedure like you are there every step of the way, Apple dentistry cares about the patients, I recommend it, one of the best in NJ.
